Highly recommend! My wife and I have been using WV Property Managers to manage our rental property in Charleston, WV, and the company has provided excellent service every step of the way: creating professional listings to advertise the property, vetting potential tenants, drawing up and working with us on the lease contract, and of course maintaining the property, including facilitating any communications between us and the tenants whenever repairs are requested, and identifying and scheduling contractors to make the repairs. WV Property Managers has made owning a rental property incredibly easy--other than an occasional phone call for a repair, we literally don't think about our property other than receiving a convenient monthly email whenever a rental payment is electronically deposited into our bank account.

We've also been very pleased with the staff! Always very prompt to respond to our questions, and available by phone or text at seemingly all hours of the day.

If you are considering owning a rental property in the Charleston, WV area, WV Property Managers is without a doubt the go-to company.

Rental units are roach infested. Maintenance projects that were abandoned by previous property manager, Joe Blo, are still incomplete.

They dug up a property that they were managing which caused my ground to cave in. Now they won't come and correct their own mistake. They have put me off for a year. Worst company to deal with.

Since posting this, the management has reached out to me and corrected the yard damage.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I moved in. I just had an exchange on the phone with Alisha who was extremely rude, advised me that she has been "very nice to me" and then hung up on me. I am supposed to be receiving a call from her supervisor but, so far, nothing. I asked Alisha for her name and phone number so I can call her but she said she didn't want to give them to me.

I've been renting houses for 7 years now and I have never had a worse experience than this!
Always been very rude and too slow to respond!
And the deposit was just taken by force even though we spent a lot of money to upgrade several parts of the rental property!
The kitchen was upgraded, the light fixtures, the bathroom sink and cabinet were changed, and they didn't return my deposit claiming that it was spent on just cleaning!!

We just moved out of WV and by far this was the worst thing we've experienced in the entire state!

Rude and uncaring. Avoid at all cost.
