Starbucks

As with most Starbucks locations, we found the staff at this particular establishment to be welcoming and kind. The quality of the coffee was consistent with the high standards we have come to expect from Starbucks. When embarking on road trips, Starbucks is our top choice for coffee due to the consistency in both product and service.

This Starbucks is now how I will measure all other Starbucks! We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott across the parking lot & stopped in for early breakfast. We were greeted by several staffers when we entered. They weren’t even the staffers that took our order. We were able to put our order in pretty quickly and sit and have a quiet & delicious quick breakfast. When we left, staffers called out their goodbyes & thank you’s. This is a busy starbucks - even before 7am there was a wrap around line of cars for the drivethru and there were 9 staff members working that shift. If/when I’m back in the area I will make it a point to stop in again.

This is one of the two best Starbucks in the county. We'll never mess up your drink never will give you a attitude never will give you any problems. Had a problem with my Starbucks app and this person allowed me to go to my car and get cash This may sound like no big deal and any Starbucks does this but no other Starbucks allowed me to do this.

We came in for a quick drink; service was fast, seating area was clean and spacious!

First of all I love any Starbucks but I love this Starbucks the most. It is closest to my house but the staff is so friendly they know me because I’m a regular, but everyone knows my drink. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I go sometimes 2 to 3 times a day.

2/7/23 @ around 4:30pm. I have a bunch of gift cards I keep forgetting to use, so I drove through the drive thru on the way home for a mango dragonfruit refresher and a small mocha cookie crumble for my daughter. The lady, Kat, was possibly the cheeriest, friendliest barista I've ever encountered. Drinks are always good, but in a busy afternoon, the inside was slammed, the drive thru was endless, her cheery nature and positive attitude exceeded my expectations!!! Hats off to Kat/Cat not sure how it's spelled... you're a gem and hopefully you're recognized at work for brightening the day for others.

Very efficient staff and delicious quality of the coffees

Everything was great. We are at shoneys next door. My daughter just wanted a coffee from Starbucks. We all would have been better off going to Starbucks because shoneys was nasty.

I've been frequenting the Starbucks located @112 Kanawha Blvd E in Charleston west Virginia since they opened; the service was good then, and has never wavered, the staff is friendly and courteous....they always give me a smile and cheerful hello no mater how busy they are!

My friend and I went through the drive-thru for breakfast and coffee/tea. The line was long but it moved quickly. My friend ordered Blonde coffee with three creamers. Somehow it had sugar in it. She got back in line and told them her coffee was incorrect. They apologized, made a new coffee and gave her a $4 gift card for next time. The sandwiches and iced tea were spot on. It's nice to see this level of customer care. We will be continuing customers.

I have an unfortunate addiction to Caramel Crunch Fraps, and worse yet, I do three customizations, one of which is hard to notice on the stickers that auto print. I go to different Starbucks locations depending on where my errands have me at what time. My drink is often made wrong, though I'm never upset, because they're evidently uncommon customizations, and I know habits are hard to break, these people are always swamped and have to hurry, etc. But at THIS location, they almost always get it right, they're super friendly and helpful, they try to recognize you and say hi if you're somewhat regular, which is, of course, harder these days with masks, but also hard to begin with when they see hundreds of people. I appreciate y'all. I'll have to remember to check the name tag of one in particular that's always a little extra helpful and friendly, which is so nice in my mornings.
