A work in progress but it is rising, it will be a 4 or 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ once again with good leadership and positive people. One day at a time, it can only go up from where it's at. I am an employee at the establishment and speaking for myself it just needs change as all of us do starting by being positive and focused on the job and the people have a good day...

People leave bad reviews during short staff because of covid. I got one of the newly renovated rooms and it's incredible!!! Staff is kind and go way out of thier way to be helpful.

The room was very clean, bed was super comfy, room temp was nice and warm. I'd stay there again!

Its a very nice place to relax and has a very nice view of the city on the side I was on. Great clean rooms

Great place to stay adjacent to the hospital. My wife works as a travel nurse, we rolled into town last minute for orientation. Christinia helped me book a room last minute and even found a way to get me in early. I know my wife will be staying there off and on for the next 12 weeks or so. I hope to get back myself. Thanks for all the help.

The Ramada was nice but NO TV The manager is doing away with direct TV for cable but he turned all the TV off in every room common sense will tell you to leave the TV on until you switch over and no local channels and I couldn't watch the REDS game.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast tho as says online when ordered our room. But the one nxt door did. 😒
