I walked in on a whim, needing pads for my daughter, who wants to skateboard. I found what I was looking for, and inquired with Brandon where I might be able to find a good used bicycle for a niece of mine in need as she was walking to work almost 2 miles one way. Brandon asked a few questions disappeared into the back and came out with a bicycle that he was donating to my niece. Needless to say, this store has my approval and my highest rating. If you are in need of bikes, skateboards, or any of the accessories related to-please stop by this location. These are good people.

They didn’t have the tire I wanted but they showed me the tire I needed and I am very impressed absolutely love this tire!!!! The Odyssy brake pads loving them too!!! Shout out to the employees very knowledgeable and helpful!!! If your looking for bike and skateboards and accessories this is the place to go.

This place went above and beyond what I didn't think would happen today. I had walked in having a problem with my bike I needed a new bike crank, they immediately went and looked at the problem and try their best to help me out with it, unlucky for me I didn't have enough money to get a new crank. Just so happen that a nice person had come in earlier this morning and donated a bike to them. Without a second thought they gave me the bike in exchange for the one that I was currently riding. The service was great.They were so nice and generous to me and I can't thank them enough. God bless them.

I popped into Elk City Cycles during a mtb road trip to grab some chain lube. Chris was super helpful and even gave me some great suggestions for local trails to check out. The next time in the area I will definitely come back.

I love checking this place out, very helpful and knowledgeable guys that work here. I try to always get what I need here first, I was on my way to buy brake cables today. Half way there my chain popped, the guys there took care of it when I got there, I also got some cables and tools. Great shop, make sure you make a stop here first for your bike needs.

Very friendly staff. Took my Mongoose/Impasse 29" on Thursday got it back within 2 days. Pricing was nominal, for a small shop they do great work. I will be returning soon. Thanks Elk City Cycles!

I rode in on Saturday and had issues with changing my gears on the rear wheel. Called before hand, explained my issue and I was in and out. Customer service was extremely great!
Highly recommended!!

Theses guys saved my butt by removing a frozen pedal from a crank arm, and locked in cleats from a good pair of MB shoes.
