Paul is a very respected and highly qualified mechanic. I have taken my cars to him for many years. His staff is polite, and they get the job done. He has even looked at my car without charging a fee. He is awesome. I highly recommend Paul and his crew.

I have been to Bigley Auto 3 times with 2 different cars over the last couple of years. Paul and his crew have always been gracious, honest, and friendly. I have never had an issue with any of the work they had to perform on my vehicles. When you can find an honest repair shop like this, you stick with them.

I wasted weeks trying to find an auto repair shop to fix my vehicle’s issue. Either they had never done that type of work, had no knowledge of how to fix or they priced it hundreds of dollars higher than I knew it could be fixed. Went to Bigley Auto Repair, owner had his mechanic take into the bay area.. he confirmed the issue. Owner got right on it, finding the part. Got the part, took it back in. Fixed it! And at a reasonable cost for repair. Second time I’ve taken my vehicle there and they never disappoint. I highly recommend this shop. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very friendly service. My car was inspected and the parts cost estimated within minutes. Then the parts we needed were delivered to the shop within minutes. Had a lot of work done, and was out the door within an hour. They are very easy to deal with, and did an awesome job fixing everything I asked. Labor cost was cheap too. You made a customer today ! I will be back.

You won't find a better garage in any city. People are extremely good at what they do. Fixing cars and trucks is their life. They will not lie to you about repair costs. They are extremely trustworthy. I rate them 6 stars.

Great place to get car fixed honest and respectable! I also think that the pricing is very fair ! Matter of fact it is 65.00 a hour cheaper on labor then the last place I went to! I just saying Paul is also very respectful and polite and quick to answer any question

Excellent quality mechanical work, prices are fair, free tire plug repair, and easy going atmosphere. Family owned and operated by local West Virginian's. Owner and all the employees go above and beyond making this the best Auto shop around.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. The service has always been friendly and knowledgable at a reasonable price. They have found solutions to problems when no one else could and they don't stop until it is fixed. This is the only auto shop in town we truly trust.

It may not look like it from the outside looking in, but Bigley Auto may be the best place in Charleston to take your vehicle. The people are good people, you can't beat the price, and they work hard to keep the turnaround time at a minimum. I respect that they don't replace parts unnecessarily under the guise of being thorough just to inflate the cost, as some places might. They had an opportunity to do so on my last visit - we even discussed replacing the parts beforehand - but they determined it wasn't necessary and choose not to.

The first time I went, I had my car towed near the end of the day on a Friday. I had called ahead to let them know I was coming to drop it off and it might be right at closing - I understood if they wouldn't be able to look at it until Monday. When I got there, they stayed a bit late to diagnose the problem for me so I could look for and order the part over the weekend (specific Nissan computer that not even a dealership would have kept in stock for a vehicle as old as mine). I gave them an ETA once I had the shipping info for the part, and we arranged a time for me to stop back by the day it arrived. When I got there with the part, they had me ready to go in no time.

Paul and the people at Bigley Auto are life savers! I was in Charleston for only a few days and I had major problems with my car after basically pulling a dukes of hazzard (not on purpose). After one quick call, they had my car in the shop, they diagnosed the problem, and they were at work fixing it.

They went out of their way to get my car fixed while I was in the area. Instead of making me wait for a new part to come in, they worked overtime and got a part welded back together. Not only did they go above and beyond to fit my schedule - they were friendly, honest and fairly priced too. I highly recommend Bigley Auto.
