Outback Steakhouse

Had a great time here for my mother's birthday dinner! The food was delicious our server Rich was great at coming up with suggestions and he insured our drinks never went empty! Overall our party of five had a great experience. I took my mom to red lobster the year before and had a terrible experience but this year thanks to the amazing staff at Outback and the delicious food Mom had a amazing birthday dinner!

We had an absolutely fantastic meal, this evening. Outback has always been a quality restaurant, of course, but something really made the food excellent on this occasion (kudos to the chef and crew)! A highlight was also our server, Jessica. Exceptionally friendly and attentive. She encouraged me to try the honey mustard with the Alice’s chicken, and normally I am not a fan of mustard at all, but I gave it a shot and she did not steer me wrong. Huge shout out to Jessica!

Jessica was our server today. She was terrific. We had issues with the temperature of our steaks and she handled it quickly. We didn’t have to ask for anything she took great care of us. We will be requesting her as our server when we return.

Our soccer team was visiting West Virginia for the Eastern regional tournament. I called the restaurant at lunchtime and asked if we could book a reservation for 36 people for dinner… They happily accommodated us. But the superstar of the evening was Jordan, our waitress. The girls on the team sat at one big table, and the parents were scattered around them, but Jordan took the reins and took everyone’s orders amazingly quickly. The food came out ridiculously fast, which is kudos to the restaurant itself! But Jordan was truly one of the best servers I’ve seen. Individual checks were handled with ease and seriously, we could not have had a better experience. Our team from Connecticut thanks her so very much. Great steak, as usual. Their style is a bit spicy, but if you like it, it's great. My steak was cooked to order. Fries were very good. My house salad was large and the blue cheese dressing was great. My wife's chicken was also very good.

We had a great dining experience tonight at Outback. Jimmy was our waiter and he was amazing... One of the best servers we have had in a while. He was super polite and cleared her table often and did a great job at keeping our drinks refilled!
I ordered an 8oz sirloin steak cooked medium and coconut shrimp. My two sides were the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad and french fries (for my girl). My daughter had the Grilled Chicken on the Barbie with fresh fruit. My husband ordered the Alice Springs Chicken minus mushrooms and the Steakhouse Mac and Cheese and fries.
My salad was served before my meal and it was good. When the rest of my meal came I had tried the steak first and it was cooked perfectly! It was one of the better steaks I had had in awhile just because it was cooked how I liked it and very juicy. The coconut shrimp were also very good.
My daughter's chicken and it was cooked perfectly and looked great. Of course she liked the fresh fruit more than the chicken. The bread that is served before the meal was actually her favorite.
My husband was very pleased with his Alice Spring Chicken and it looked delicious. He said he wished that his macaroni and cheese would have been on his plate because he kept forgetting about it lol.

Rob, our server, was absolutely amazing! One of the best servers. Never had an empty glass and was attentive and full of information. The food was great and check out the drink! I'd definitely recommend this place and make sure to ask for Rob!

I liked this outback. JC at the bar took great care of us and made the experience great. He told me to get the blooming shrimp and it’s now my fav thing on the menu. We will come back to see him for sure.

Our waitress was named Jessica & she was amazing. My steak wasn’t right and she demanded I send it back. Jarrod the manager brought out my new steak and apologized. Fantastic experience. Jessica rocks!!!

Our service was excellent! Courtney was our server and she did an outstanding job. The restaurant was very busy, we had to wait an hour just to get seated, but it was worth the wait. The food tasted amazing!

The food is always good, but when Jc Harless is working the bar, it takes the experience to another level. His friendliness and attentiveness to his customers is unmatched. There has never been a time I’ve ordered something he didn’t know how to make and get it to me promptly. If you get to have him at the bar one day, consider yourself lucky!

Came here for my graduation and again for my birthday and Rich was our server both times. He is so friendly and kind, & went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be back soon!

Our first time at the Charleston outback and we sat at the bar because of the 45 minute wait but man are we glad we did! JC was our bartender and he couldn’t have been any better! We will definitely be back to the Charleston store and you will find us at the bar next time as well!

I had a very great experience here the food was on point and my server Rich was very friendly and on top of things made sure to check in every 5 minutes or so the kind of service you would hope to get at a restaurant like this thanks for such a great experience

Our server was the bar tender she was great. Our food came.quick and our glasses stayed full.The younglady who.waited on us was taking her family to Disney where we live in orlando in a few weeks .Best of luck to you all. Thanks

This was a quick stop for dinner. They were able to sit us with 15 persons. The service was friendly. The food was good and the price was fare.

I drive to West Virginia often to meet my dad halfway, so that my daughter can go to North Carolina. My server Rich was AMAZINGGGGGG he was funny and very knowledgeable of the menu. Lol and even when I thought he was wrong about something he didn’t get an attitude or snobbish with me, he restated what he knew. Next time I go I hope he is working.

JC offered excellent service. Food was great! Paid attention to my party from the time we was there until we left! It was a great experience.
