I wouldn't trust any other storage yard around. It was easy to rent a space online & auto pay monthly. The gate locks on the way in and on the way out so no one can follow you in and leave without the code. The spaces are clearly marked with poles to keep everyone straight. Plenty of room to back-up and turn around. There's never any lines of any kind. Not only all of that but it's inexpensive and I've never once worried about the safety of my RV.

This facility provides exemplary service, easy payments, superb facilities, and clean / organized grounds. Will definitely use their services again in the future if the need arose. The owners are incredibly understanding, and very personable, Jeannine is Wonderful!

Great RV storage facility. Veterans discount, so refreshing. And the owners make you feel like they appreciate your business. We love it! Not paved, but there is an air station, and spaces with electric are coming soon. Covered spaces and secured entry with easy entry even for newer RV owners. Feel safe here.

We kept our Aistream Travel Trailer here for over two years. We liked that it was covered and electric was provided so we could keep our batteries charged. We always felt this was a safe place and the management was on top of things.

The price is phenomenal They are very prompt at getting back to you, and The staff are super sweet and accommodating. I’m very grateful I found Engle to store my RV.

Insanely affordable, top notch customer service, secure facility.

My husband had lost his wallet the day before, so we came back late (on a Sunday, I believe) with flashlights to see if we had left it in the camper or if it had fallen out nearby. We were out there until just before ten, looking all around our site and nearby ones until we gave up. As we pulled out of the gate, we got a call from a New Braunfels number. "Erica? Did y'all lose something?" It was Janine. Talk about security! And customer service to boot.

If we didn't live just north of Austin, we would have continued to park our trailer here. The 90 minute drive is the only thing that has us moving. Considering we're paying double the price to have it 5 minutes away, that was actually a pretty difficult decision to make.

It's gravel instead of pavement, but we picked up our trailer the last time after it had been raining all day and had no issues. A few small puddles here and there but overall the gravel was even and easy to get in and out of even when wet.

Have been parking our 30ft. travel trailer here for over a year & getting ready to pick it up for our trip north for the next 5 months. Have to say this has been a hassle free, safe place to store 'our baby' with easy access on & off the interstate for wherever we were headed. We are both very particular with customer service & Engel Storage was tough to beat price wise, safety & convenience. No reason to go anywhere else. We are posting this review honestly & without being paid to do so. Just go here-you won't regret it.

We stored our RV here. It is very handy to I-35 and nice and secure. Well taken care of and we actually talked to the owner, which is rare these days. She was so helpful and prompt with our check in and check out. They have covered and uncovered spots. They even have an air hose and gauge for you to fill up your tires and air bags when you leave. We're very happy.

I have had my trailer there for 3 years. We have covered parking, which comes with an electrical connection. Over time, the gravel on our site started to wash out because of rain and the way the drainage flowed. I asked the owners to add more gravel and level off the site and they were more than willing to accommodate me. I have a small trailer occupying a deep space, and they contacted me to see if I'd be willing to move to another spot that was not as deep. I let them know I really liked the spot it was at because my trailer was sandwiched and protected by two big 5th wheel trailer on both sides. They said not a problem I fully expected within a month or two that they would raise my storage rates to motivate me to move my trailer, but that happened about 18 months ago and my rates were never increased as a result of my reluctance to move to a smaller spot. The only thing I could recommend they do, sometime in the future, is to set up some live web cams so you could check on your trailer.

We parked our RV in a covered space for a couple of months this Spring. It was easy to arrange the lease of the storage unit. Access in and out is painless. The lot is safe and secure which gave us peace of mind. Jeannine is so easy to work with! I can recommend this storage facility without hesitation.

An amazing and affordable location to store your rig! The management are great and easy to reach. Every time I have had to contact them I reach a person not a machine. It's also a safe place and have I have never lost any sleep having my rig here.

This facility is super secure, spacious and clean! The owners helped me learn to hitch, unhitch, and back in. They also sent someone right over when I had an issue with my fridge which saved me from a ruined trip. They provide electrical hook up and an air station as well for your convenience. The Engels go far above and beyond with their customer service... it's obvious they care about their customers! Thank you Dennis and Jeannine!

Great storage facility. Owners answer quickly every time I called, were very polite, and very helpful. Facility is clean, well maintained, and easy to access. They were almost half the price of anywhere else in San Antonio area, and even offered a military discount. Highly recommend.
