Gary recommended an excellent mattress and pillow for me and my sleep style/posture! I am writing this after two weeks from purchase; I feel much better replacing my old, beat-up mattress with this one!

Prices were great, and Gary did NOT upsell me on an overpriced mattress either, so that's good on him too! I also got a complementary mattress protector and bed frame at a very low price given that I had purchased a mattress from here too!

His colleague delivered the mattress, and removed my old, massive mattress, both services free of charge! Forget them overpriced, big box stores; go here instead!

I would use this company again. We went in and picked out our twin mattresses in ten minutes on a Wednesday afternoon. Wade was very friendly and kind. The price was right! Our mattresses were delivered on Friday within the time frame that was stated. They even took away our old mattresses. Very happy!!

I want to let everybody know what a wonderful group of people that work here. It is difficult enough to purchase a mattress for yourself, but for someone else more taxing, yet this team made it a breeze for me. Told them what the person I was purchasing for expressed they needed and with in minutes they had me set. I needed it delivered and they did and quit speedily for me. Once there at the persons house , they set it up and took the old away for me. I was so pleased need to say. As for the mattress, the person it was for is pleased too. Excellent quality for a reasonable price. If trying to purchase a new mattress and feel like it is a daunting task, stop by this location and let these professionals help you. Amazing experience! The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable of their product. They were very patient with us and not pushy whatsoever. We decided on a mattress and they even delivered it the same day and took away our old one. Amazing service that you won’t find from big box stores, and affordable prices too!

Surprised to see no reviews for this place. Staff was super helpful and respectful of our price range and helped us find a good mattress based on our needs. This was about six or seven months ago and our mattress is still in great shape and very comfortable. We went to a few shops in the area and this one had the most helpful sales staff and the best quality stuff for the price. Would recommend

UPDATE. Okay this is the most amazing place I have ever seen or heard of. We bought a matress a while back and despite being over their return period. They worked it out where we got a different matress. They delivered and returned at no cost and with a big smile!!!!!!
Original. Great pricing, NO GIMMICKS! just very reasonable friendly folks. They do not attempt to corner you into things. They give you info and let you browse without them as your shadow like the other chain stores. Should've went here first instead of wasting HOURS at the other place. We bought a hand tufted KING mattress set was a really good deal. They deliver, offer the same details as others just NO B S. LIKE ALL THE OTHERS. Thanks for being such great people.

Awesome customer service when my fiancé and I went into the store. They were so helpful and very nice. We love our new mattress and I can tell ya very comfortable. Finally my back don’t hurt anymore and I’m not tossing and turning all night. I highly recommend this place! Prices are reasonable and they have awesome payment options to choose from.

I was looking for mattresses around Denton and I happened to stop by this place and when I tell you that it was amazing, it was amazing. Very generous, knows how to listen to what you’re looking forward, very straight to the point and affordable for very good quality. Would definitely recommend especially as college students. If I could give them more stars I would.

Best experience ever! They are so accommodating and helpful. There was none of that big corporations rigamarole. The prices are very reasonable too. The bed was delivered quickly. When I got it I found it was too soft-no problem. They fixed me right up! Highly recommend this local business.

My back had started hurting a while back, so I needed a new mattress. I was planning on going to a larger chain since that's worked well for me in the past, but I decided to stop in at Cross Roads since I appreciate local businesses. Tracy and Wade were very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, and I decided to purchase through them. Delivery and the take-away of my past bed was fast (both from purchase to delivery, as well as during the delivery) and their kind attitudes were still present. That night, I realized that the bed didn't have the same firmness as the one I had tested and liked, so after sleeping on it a few days, my partner and I went back to the stores and confirmed the one in store was a bit firmer than the one I had received. Without any push-back and with an (unnecessary :) - it definitely wasn't their fault if the foam in that batch didn't feel exactly the same) apology, they scheduled another one to be (quickly, it arrived within three days) and the old one to be switched out. I would highly recommend Tracy and Wade at Cross Roads Mattress for mattress and if I stay in the Denton area down the road, will 100% be back! Thanks to you both!

Customer service here is second to none. The mattresses are high quality, and the prices are very reasonable, but you will never get customer service anywhere else that even comes close to the folks working here. I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress after buying one here.

Great customer service , I have purchased 2 mattresses from them in the last year both times my experience was flawless , they don’t try to talk you into more then what you walked in the door looking for and no gimmicks , there up front and honest and both purchases were delivered which is a big deal especially when you don’t own a truck , the guys who work here are awesome and I’ll continue to shop them for the simple fact that I was given great customer service from all of the workers and oh yeah can’t forget about my fabulous new bed which is so comfortable!!!
