Super nice staff with great attitude when I went in! I went in 3 times in 2 days and they practically read my mind. They knew exactly what I wanted and made it in 15 seconds flat. I believe their names were Ally, Carmen, and Drake (not the rapper) and they made me feel like I was in Cracker Barrel. I’ll be going back again tomorrow morning and tomorrow night to get MORE CAFFEINE.

Beautiful new Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins in Cross Roads!! The best of both worlds with donuts and ice cream!!

I went to this Baskin Robbins after going to the one in Little Elm off of El Dorado (don't go to that one, not clean and has a smell 😵‍💫). I was looking for mint chocolate chip ice cream, my daughters favorite, but we couldn't find it. I stopped into this store and glanced throughout the store...nope...they didn't have it....or so I thought. An employee in a black shirt (Shawn) saw me looking around and right when I turned to leave the store he asked me what I was looking for...I told him mint chocolate chip but it wasn't there. He looks through his prepackaged and again through the store and tells me he is sure he has it. Just the effort of asking me what I was looking for was impressive to me, because many people are not nice anymore. He makes a call on his radio, then he says give him a minute he is going to check the back....he's gone for a few mins and comes back with a mint chocolate chip...he said it was the only one they had. I was extremely impressed with his customer service and effort. Please frequently shop at this store, let's keep this type of service in our community. He went above and beyond just for one quart of ice cream for me....I will always purchase from this Baskin Robbins and always recommend this store.

The manager I believe his name is Demarcus and he is a very good person and gets my order right everything. I had a problem and he took care of it no questions asked and gave me the next one free for there mistakes. He is a very good man and a very good person to boot

Delicious Ice cream and Donuts. This location is NEW and still lots of training opportunities. Once everyone is trained. I am SURE it’ll be five star location.

Ice cream was good . Burger was 7 out of 10. The place was not very clean

For WEEKS, I’ve been asking about Peanut Butter and Chocolate. One of my favorites since childhood. They not had any for over a month. Is the Baskin Robbins 15 flavors or 31 flavors.

I took my son here on a Friday. It is not all the time that we get to go out for ice cream due to my financial situation so he was very excited. Once we got in the car and started eating the ice cream we noticed that the cones were super stale discolored and not edible. I called back to this location and asked for the manager. Not to complain but just to inform them they needed to remove the stale cones. The female cashier immediately says no the manager is not in and hung up in my face. I called back over seven times shocked that they were screening my calls and not being responsive. I never report things I always just let them go but the level of rudeness I wasn't even calling to complain that's what's so upsetting.The male cashier that took my order was very respectful and nice to my son I just want to leave that

Visited the Crossroads location and was glad to see so many people working however I ordered a warm brownie sundae and a hand packed quart of Cherries Jubilee 4 dounuts and a bagel. I paid and got my sundae. I was waiting and realized they were not getting the quart of Cherries Jubilee. I reminded them and they then started packing it, they had forgot and started waiting on the next customer. While waiting they gave me a bag with what I thought was my donuts and bagel. I was finished with my sundae by the time I got the half melted quart of ice cream. Got half way home, looked in the bag and no bagel. I could not go back or the ice cream would have been liquid by the time I got back home. $25 for bad service and a forgotten item. Just sad... So many employees, plenty of help and can't get it right.

There seems to be a common thread running through all the reviews and mine is no different. Poor service, poor training and worst of all poor attitude. They were out of two of the three items my family requested and although their were five young ladies behind the counter it seemed as if no one was in charge nor cared. Prices are now at an all time high everywhere as we had just come from Cains Chicken who although their food has become super expensive the service is fairly good as is the product.

They were out of hot fudge. But the banana split my wife got was really good.

Wasn't very clean. They were out of cookies n cream, pecan n pralines, and whipped cream.

Not the best customer service.
