Decent usual stuff good service been shopping here for years

This was my second time at the store. The first time his seemed like you were strictly on your own, to find the type of shoe the size and all the other details. The second time I was a little more patient and found there are people to wait on you and answer questions. Ethan did a good job is showing me different possibilities. I will go back and buy some shoes after my foot heals from a minor irritation that prevented being sure of proper fit.

It shopped the clearance racks and did well. Then a senior discount. The store is well stocked, clean and well organized. The sales clerk saw me and one other customer waiting in the cold for her to open. When she had everything secure, she let us in a little early, then was most helpful. Highly recommend.

I went in to make a return for
1. Online shoes that did not fir right
2. Shoes bought in store that did not fir right.

This store is AMAZING YALL!! I have never had an issue. I keep my receipts for the online purchases and boom right back on my card it goes. Even without a receipt for the other pair I got store credit which is great with me. This store is awesome!! I will continue to shop with Sketchers since they know how to treat their customers!! Thank you Sketchers!!

Very comfortable the max comfort shoes but they are expensive. Still they are very comfortable so worth the prize in my estimation.

Was able to get two pairs of shoes for $60 which is excellent when you're a woman. The staff was very friendly and the store was really clean. I will most definitely be back when it's time for my next pair.

I have been wearing Skechers shoes for work for over 4 years and I wouldn't go back. This outlet is perfect! Lots to choose from and the clearance section is awesome. The points program they offer is useful for me since I will be coming back for work shoes.

There good prices, customer service is outstanding. Staff is always very helpful even if they don't carry the merchandise. They will check out other facilities to see who does carry it. Making sure the customer is satisfied.

Jazz was great in helping my mother and I find shoes with arch support and extra cushion for walking. She even found a pair of shoes in mens that were the perfect color and helped my feet pain.

Excellent, professional, friendly and efficient service! Slprsn #80428 went well beyond the call of duty to help me find a serviceable tennis shoe. I purchased Skech-Air Extreme. High insteps and high arches equal hard to fit. Thanks so much for helping me this afternoon!

Lots of styles to choose from. I was shopping for nonslip work shoes and was blown away by how many styles they had- maybe around 20?! Highly recommend
