SecurCare Self Storage

The manager, C.W., was so accommodating and professional. He drove me to my unit on his golf cart, so I didn’t have to walk. He also helped me save a lot of money, on top of just being friendly and having a nice conversation. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone living in/near the area.

Property Manager C.J. Walsh was awesome. We were at this storage facility for about 7 yrs before this last time left and then came back and were here about almost 5 yrs this time and this has been the best Property manager since I've had my items in storage here. He offered to help us several times on certain things with storage very friendly and easy going. Knows his job. I hated to leave only because I knew I was leaving excellent customer service.

I wanted to mention how professional and polite CW is at this facility I moved to a different town and I was going to take my storage with me but it's going to be stored anyways and I don't really need access to it right away so I kept it at this location simply because CW works here and I respect that man so much the kindest person I know always work with me any problems I ever had and I want to say thank you CW thank you for all you do!

Madison in the front office was exceptional at walking us through the process of getting a unit! She explained everything we asked about, made recommendations, and even while being professional she came across as very friendly and personable. It didn't feel like I was talking to someone 'just at work', but talking with someone who truely cared about our experience at SecurCare Self Storage!

I run a non-profit that leases a storage unit at the Denton facility and over the last few weeks the experience has vastly improved. The new property manager, Madison, has done a great job of maintaining the property and the communication has been outstanding. We plan to continue to lease the unit long term and would highly recommend this facility and it's management.

So I had the pleasure of speaking to Madison over the phone and I have never spoken to such a kind and professional employee. She helped clear up some of the questions I had with my account and was so friendly over the phone. I know people say it all the time but if I could give her 6 stars I would!!!!

Highly recommend Iron Guard Storage to anyone that needs a storage building. Great price and customer service. Doug made getting a storage unit simple and easy. From the moment we walked in, Doug showed us the unit we were interested in first then went over pricing and promotions. Doug made sure we were completely satisfied before we left.

We are in the process of buying a house and the closing is taking longer than anticipated. The movers showed up with all our furniture and we needed a place to store while we finished with all the closing procedures till the end of the month. Doug was a very pleasant guy! I was pressed for time while moving out of my student living apartment & many storages near my new complex were full. He gladly gave us a deal on a climate controlled space. It was much appreciated & we will be returning if we ever need storage in this area again! 10/10 would recommend.

ABBY ABBY ABBY the manager is the key to this place. Without her this is like any other storage unit. She actually reached out to me to tell me I needed a better lock and put one of hers on until I could put a better one on!

Amazing Customer Service! Friendly and Personable staff. This is a clean and well-maintained facility with easy accessibility, and a great variety of sizes and styles of units.
