Cicis Pizza

The salad was clean, fresh & delicious! There was plenty of variety of pizza to choose from. And they stocked up the supply of pizza as well. I did not get any pasta, however my girls did & they enjoyed it. The aroma from the chicken noodle soup was so good! My girls enjoyed the deserts very much, my favorite was the garlic cheesy bread. It wasn't too crowded & very clean. There was a cleaning lady wiping tables & counters. We really enjoyed our lunch visit for the last of 2022!

Great pizza as always the staff was super friendly and had the buffet full as usual. The cinnamon rolls are to die for they can’t keep ‘em stocked fast enough!!!!

Deanna is such great person that we running to during our visit to this pizza location. My mom is vegetarian and she made special pizza for Her. We love this place and definitely coming back in our visit to DFW in near future.

Honestly, this place is great. Especially for a small family. No problem with the food everything was tasty I didn’t even get sick after eating. The lady that checked my husband and I in was so kind and catered to us very quickly. Has a nice little arcade as well for the kids. It’s decorated so nicely as well, the cooks do an amazing job at making the food we can’t wait to come back!

One of the best CiCi's locations I've ever been to. Employees are helpful and nice and the food was super tasty and fresh. Only complaint is that the bathrooms are filthy and need more upkeep.

Love Decatur CiCi's. They are friendly and facility is clean and welcoming. Kenya is always greating and makes dining here GREAT. We brought our baseball team in for a birthday dinner and had a great experience.

Decatur Texas cicis.This is the best CiCi's I have ever eaten at. I took the kids last night before we went skating in Decatur for our mommy and me Pizza and skate date night. The manager Kenya Sansoucie went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She went and grabbed booster seats for my twins who were having a difficult time reaching their plate before. :-) unbeatable price. excellent food. variety .atmosphere clean .management and staff 100 stars all day long.

Very clean restaurant with nice employees! A really good salad! A wide variety of pizzas on display at the counter. We ate to our heart's content! Very fun place to bring kids to!

Always a great time, friendly fun staff as well! Wonderful for our sons third birthday party, pizza, games, presents and prizes!!

This location is much better after they reopened.
Pizzas are always ready to go. Special requests can be made and are make quickly.
Tables and all areas are clean and well maintained.
Bring money for the arcade.

This was the best 👌 cicis location I've ever seen! The food was fresh and hot the people working here have serious customer service skills it was so refreshing to finally see someone who wanted you to come in and just be their customer. The restrooms floors and tables all looked clean. The pizza was super fresh and actually very good compared to other cicis we've been to. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you for the refreshing service and good food ( fix the gaming area though).

Absolutely stellar service. One particular young man offered the best, most friendliest service I've had in years from any restaurant. Food was good, constantly replenished. Had a problem with on of the claw games that they quickly fixed for us. Would highly recommend.

The staff was awesome food was hot and good nothing looked like it had been their for more than 5 min tops. We will be going back. But it was kinda expensive for a mom and her kid.

It was my fiance's birthday, we were in there with a decent size group and only had one other customer inside!! Brittany the new GM, Lupe the cook and Virginia the dish lady took the time out to be personable and chat with us!! After learning it was his birthday they got together and sang him a very enthusiastic Happy Birthday!! It was seriously the greatest and the most memorable experience we have ever had at a Cicis!! We appreciate these ladies for their dedication, hard work and hospitality!! They definitely went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized for being so committed to their customers!! We went in for dinner Thursday last week, for some reason our debit card would not work. The cashier went to get the manager, she tried again (4th time). Our card said declined! Which I knew it worked because I just got gas, we said we would run to the nearest ATM. The manager insisted that since we were already there to enjoy dinner and if we were good hearted people we would bring the money after. Which was so sweet and amazing. Yes I'm sure there are some people who would have seen it as a free meal, but that truly helped not having to get the family back in the car and drive to an Atm and back again. I'm glad there are still amazing people!

Can honestly say I enjoy eating here every time I come. Can't beat the value and the food always taste good. Staff they have now compared to when they first opened is great.
