I give it all to Wesley. He is ALWAYS friendly! My storage needs have been so easy with his help. From where I was at a different storage facility, coming here because I knew he moved companies. Thank you also the facility is super clean and new

Wesley Harper the manager here has been the absolute best! He is a great customer service provider with a sincere willingness to help. He orchestrated my move from another facility after informing me of its benefits, and I made the move! The place is new, has wonderful a/c in the climate controlled units and even has an app to open the gate. He helped me with everything, including closing out my account with the other facility. Talked with Steven at the home office first. He was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, and upbeat. Did an amazing job of helping me find the right size of storage. Then, Wesley at the Ashland Terrace location was equally awesome. He made it super easy and quick to get into a great storage unit. I cannot recommend these guys enough. This has been the most positive storage experience I have ever had.

Setting up the account and completing the paperwork took hardly any time at all. This company has a very efficient process! Wesley was extremely helpful and provided outstanding service. Wesley at the front desk was extremely helpful & very friendly. He answered all of my questions & concerns. They have cameras & Security measures so I def feel my belongings will be safe. I took a tour to see the different sizes they had to offer and it was very clean throughout. Affordable prices that won’t break the bank.

Wesley Harper was the best he is very knowledgeable about the storage. He showed me around. He gives the red carpet treatment to everyone that came in. He is an asset to Extra Space. Easily the best experience I’ve had, customer service is a 10/10. Wesley was very patient and personable. He went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for and comfortable making this decision. The facility itself has amazing security and was impressed with how nice it was!

I experienced the most professional and caring service today! My little sister needed to be out of her apartment by tomorrow morning. So here’s the deal: I’ve never had to rent many storage units in my life. 3 come to mind, but none has been as easy, amenity-filled, and cost effective as this experience.

I got a wonderfully large, climate controlled, and inexpensive unit from the comfort of my phone, on my own time. When I didn’t finish my application right away, these guys use tech-savvy tools to reach out via phone to see if I had any questions or concerns… and not some robot or call center rep., the actual staff at the property. And it wasn’t a pushy sales call, which I always despise. I’m an informed consumer and know when I do or don’t want to spend my money, and I know the talking points of a sales script. That’s absolutely not what this was.

I arrive and my lock I purchased was already conspicuously placed inside the unit door so I could move in on my schedule. Carts were available, the facility features high, gap-free gates for our privacy… honestly the only issue I had was forgetting the code for the exterior door, and there was even another tenant close by who gladly helped. I don’t think I’ve usually liked my neighbors in an apartment, much less a storage unit lol.

Like I said, the best part was price. U-Haul manages a facility down the street that, at largest, is over $150/month. I got a unit that was about 1/4 LARGER, also climate controlled, for pretty much 1/3 of the price! (And that included rental insurance on my belongings)…

Until the housing market allows me a house with space for cars, mowers, tools, holiday decorations, and all my random nonsense, this place has earned a customer for (hopefully not, all jokes considered) life.
