I get my truck serviced here when I'm home. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT STAFF. Never had a bad time here. They were always respectful and took care of my needs and wants.

We had a recall on our new Super C RV for tie rod issues. Lonestar was not the closest service center for us but they were by far the most accommodating. Sarah was very personable and committed to resolving our problem in a very timely fashion. Our interaction with Sarah and Lonestar was top quality and even though the trip is further for us, we will use Lonestar for all our Freightliner needs.

Absolutely outstanding service, you treat them nicely, you get treated nicely. All service facilities aren’t ripoffs. Had an emergency electrical issue, both service writers were top notch, my technician knew his stuff. Didn’t give up on diagnosing my issue. The key is giving as much information as you can to help them. They are like TD’s, (Truck Doctors). Like a MD (Medical Doctor), they don’t know everything but the good ones will sure give it a hellava try. Thanks everybody at Lonestar of Temple TX, keep up the good work. BTW, very clean and professional looking shop to include driver accommodations (lounge, etc.) Large lot to park and drop your trailer while being serviced also.

We took our freightliner here, they are extremely professional. They found the problem with the bunk unit and repaired it! They took us to the motel on Friday night and completed the work Saturday morning. We were expecting to have to wait until Tuesday due to the Holiday weekend but they were able to repair it on Saturday. They explained what was wrong with the truck, what they were doing to repair it while they were working on it. When they were done, they explained everything they did as well as how the unit should work! We wish to thank each one from the Service department to the Mechanic that worked on the truck! BC & C Enterprises recommends them to anyone that need repair work done! James and Barbara

Went in on a Friday and they were pretty backed up. Looked like I was going to be down for 3 - 5 days. The team knocked themselves out to work me in. Had me back on the road the same day.

They did a great job for my uncles truck. Id recommend them if your needing work done at a good price. Good location in the temple area as well.

I called them when my truck would not start up at truck stop nearby. They recommended a resonable tow company that came right away. Found out what was wrong and got the part from waco. They had me fixed and out hours before they closed. All in the same day. These guys really know what they are doing. So happy right now.

great dealership. I delivered one new truck, undecking are was easy to find, maintained pretty good, manual hoist is too short and too narrow, maybe buisness will pickup soon and upgrade the hoist to electric.

Great service and staff that knows what service is. Very clean and well maintained facility. Very kind people.

Had a coolant leak, checked in with there service fellow, only 1-1/2 hours and truck was in getting worked on! Very nice folks here and great service, will recommend to anyone
