I tried to leave a review on the app and no dice.
I bought an Ego pole saw there, I had to order it, your staff was amazing. Martha, sue, and especially Kaleb helped me so much. Kaleb went over the warranty, the pricing, the advantages of the standalone unit, the whole 9 yards. I pass another Lowe’s to get to yours, and from now on I will continue doing that. Great job Lowe’s!!!

Nancy was always very friendly at the register. Isaac and Anthony was so helpful with loading my materials. I greatly appreciate these employees. They went above and beyond to give great service. Keep up the great work!

My frustration started with my online order.
Went there they had no idea what I was talking about. However, Ms. Martha from customer service was willing to help me process my order with a smile. I had a bad day and she really eased my spirits with her kindness and willingness to help me. Other employees were able to assist her when she had technical difficulties and we were able to buy everything I needed for my rental property. Thank you again guys..!!!

And now Carlos outside serving up some amazing food. This is my new favorite location. Grab what you need and a friendly tasty bite to eat on the way out! Heck yeah!!! Carlos is a great addition with that food spot at the exit to an already great store!

Had amazing shopping experience today at Lowe's. Paul B. Cut my wooden mini blinds perfectly and loaded them out to the truck. Chuck was very helpful in the electrical department getting me all the covers and plates that I needed at a reasonable price and Anthony in the doors department found me the perfect screen door and looked for Rollers for my sliding door, but they were out of stock, but he was very helpful too

The service member who helped us did a great job! We bought a new toilet and set it up to be picked up 6 days later. Everything was great!

Thanks Justin if ur name is incorrect I'm sorry I know it starts with a J and u have tattoos on ur arms thanks for informing us on the doors we bought ur very knowledgeable about the products in the store even the generac generator we bought too thanks alot my husband and I really appreciate the help and patience u took out of ur busy day just to assist us

As far as in store interactions, I had the best one I have ever had here with the two ladies, Ursula and Amy! They were extremely helpful and polite. If Lowe’s could use Ursula and Amy as a model for customer service, this store would be pleasant all the time!

Best place ever it was a 1 hour drive but totally worth it me and my dad were looking for a door and when we came to the Alley there was a guy named Stacey and they helped us so much you rock Stacey.

Very helpful staff and the store is clean and organized. The type of led ceiling fan bulb I was looking for isn't available at Lowe's. An employee told me he hated sending me to their competitor but Home Depot had want I needed. I respect his honesty.

The employees seem to be more knowledgeable of where things are in the store than home Depot

I takeevery single advantage of any trip I make aanywhere these days. this trip was particularly for polyurethane. things went so well and there was assistance at every corner that I was able to grab many other things that I was going to wait till later to get as I'm always on a time crunch. I came out with everything I need for my current home projects, thanks to the staff that we're more than happy to show me where the items I needed were. that's good business. I went in I intended on spending maybe 20 bucks. because of a time crunch but I ended up spending $160 and I was quite all right with that because I needed those things and it was nice to be able to get it question where it is, be shown where it is, and be done in one trip. extremely happy. good business for Lowe's, ( good job) .and great customer service. and a plus, moo cow was just asked please as he was on the last trip.

Best selection of garden plants. The fruit trees have a 1 year guarantee aswell.

Go to place for home improvements. Prices are usually good and they always give the Veterans discount on what you buying. We use for most of our projects and have been happy so far.

My husband and I are here almost every weekend. They people that work there are always helpful and super nice.
