Patrick was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, patient, and polite. The office, storage area, and the units we saw were all clean and had a comfortable temperature in the climate-controlled areas. We had looked at several different storage companies and this was the best combination of facilty, service, and price, so we rented one.

Taylor and Patrick were wonderful in helping me decide what type of truck/size to rent and were absolutely delightful while doing so. Now that we’ve experienced the best…there’s no going elsewhere! Thanks to both of you and enjoy your weekend.

EXCELLENT!! First of all, the place is immaculately clean. There's coffee brewing and cold water offered. But more importantly, the staff is efficient, professional, and kind. The young lady that helped me (name has slipped my tired mind, but she has cool glasses) went above and beyond. She was very understanding and supportive of this being my first time driving a Uhaul on my own. She thoroughly explained everything and she put me in a newer model for a smoother ride. She also connected my phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth and made sure I had my GPS all set and that I felt comfortable before driving off to my destination. It's the little things. Outstanding customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have two rental units and have rental multiple U-Hauls. Taylor is always helpful and goes above and beyond to make the moving experience less painful than ive had with other companies. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or a U-Haul rental.

I was new in town and needed some place to store extras until our home was organized. Found this establishment, met Patrick, the kindest man with a great sense of humor, and became a client of metro self storage. Like any business, not all are equal and this one stands out for friendliness, cleanliness, and safety.

This is hands down absolutely the best storage company around!! They have been accommodating and go above and beyond in everything they do. Everywhere is always clean. They are always ready and available to us. Definitely use this company for your storage needs! We have had 4 units at one time of all sizes and one outside.

Just moved out after several years there. Patrick and Taylor offered extremely helpful, courteous and professional service. They were always available when I needed them! It was very gratifying to work with such personable staff. The facility is well kept and clean and has great covered docking areas. I highly recommend them!

Highly Recommended! This is the nicest storage facility in Franklin Tennessee. Why? Because Taylor and Patrick are exceptional hosts and do an incredible job of managing the property. No matter what situation you may find yourself in, they are ready to offer help and support. The property is kept clean and organized at all times. The entrance and exit gates always work. I feel safe and know that my possessions are well cared for at all times. Also, they love fur babies…only rule is you have to take them up front to get love before leaving!

This place is wonderful! Clean, safe, and I always receive wonderful service. Not to mention, Taylor is so pleasant and always remembers me and my mom whenever I call, email, or stop by.

There are a million storage facilities around, but I’m so glad we stumbled upon this one!
