Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Diane and Kelly were extremely friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the tour of the historic home upon our check in. We stayed in the Gentleman's Quarters which was absolutely fabulous. We enjoyed reading the books in the room and learning even more about the house and area. The fresh flowers around the house and in our room was another personal touch. They have thought of everything one would need while away from home. The house was absolutely beautiful and the breakfast delicious! The dinner recommendation was also perfect. Mrs. Campion

My wife and I I had a wonderful stay for our 11 year anniversary at this pleasant historic place. We learned such wonderful history about the building during the tour. The breakfast was awsome along with the hospitality that Mr. Kelly and Mrs. Diana had given us. The room was nice and cozy. Mr. Kelly and Mrs. Diana made my wife and I feel right at home. The Rosemary Inn is by far the best place to have a bed and breakfast to attend. We will definitely revisit this place again soon.

We had booked one night and decided to stay a second because our stay was simply exquisite! I only write a review when an experience is exceptional or terrible. Dianna and Kelly could not have made our stay any more exceptional. They warmly greeted us and showed us to our meticulously clean room which was beautifully decorated. There wasn’t a fleck of dust to be found. The home is incredible. They did an amazing job restoring the house to its original glory and will happily tell you all about the history. Breakfast was incredible with pecan whole wheat waffles one morning and southwest eggs with a biscuit the next. The table was impeccably set which lends itself to an even more exquisite experience. Kelly and Dianna have thought of every detail to make our stay special and I have no doubt you will come to the same conclusion. We will certainly be back to North Augusta, if for nothing else than to stay at the Rosemary Inn.

We had such a wonderful stay. Kelly and Diana are excellent hosts. They were such a pleasure to get to know. They went out of their way to ensure our visit was special. They were our hosts when we arrived but our friends when we left. We will be staying here again in the first and recommending it to all our fiends and family.

Diana and Kelly were the most incredible hosts. They were attentive, welcoming, and an overall delight to be around. They went out of their way to help in any way they could. The house is beautiful and extremely well kept. You truly feel like you have gone back in time while staying at this historical home. You will not regret staying here. I highly recommend that you do!

I brought my son to tour the University of Augusta and chose to experience the Rosemary Inn B&B. The house is absolutely gorgeous, furnished with exquisite taste and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, spacious and with beautiful linen. Certainly not the average B&B. We were greeted with such incredible warmth by Diana, making us immediately feel like we were at home. And the breakfast was just amazing, what more can I say .... SUPERB !

My husband and I stayed at Rosemary Inn recently when we went to visit our son. It's a beautiful home with many antiques and history. The room was very comfortable. The hosts, Kelly and Diane were wonderful, making sure that all our needs were met. We also walked around the neighborhood which was very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. We are hoping to be back several times while our son is doing his residency at the Medical College of Augusta.

Step back into early 20th century luxury at the Rosemary Inn. The period furnishings are elegant and no detail is missed. We stayed in the Jackson Suite. Despite the antique feel the bathroom was up to date and the bed was comfortable. Diana and Kelly are lovely hosts and made us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was elegantly served on china and was absolutely delicious. The pecan waffles were outstanding. Highly recommend!!

Rosemary Inn is absolutely fantastic. Amazingly beautiful home. History abounds. We had a great stay there. Our room was large, comfortable and cozy. Diana and Kelly were incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make us welcome. And breakfast with new friends was excellent.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Rosemary B and B. We loved our stay! It’s a beautiful place. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The bed and sheets were so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. It was a quiet, clean, cozy, beautiful, and friendly place to stay. My husband and I joked that the only possible way to make it even better was if there was a B and B pet of some sort to greet us. We highly recommend staying here!

I was a guest at a bridal shower here and it was such an amazing experience. First, the Inn is breathtaking to look at inside and out. The food they served for the shower was amazing. Thw butternut squash soup was so yummy. The owner or the sweet lady who was helping with the shower let us take a little peek into the rooms that were not booked at the time and wow so pretty! Can't wait to go back and stay there in one of the rooms!

We stayed at the Rosemary Inn for an overnight stay from Washington DC on the way home to Miami and had a wonderful experience. The owners are friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable in the long history of this 1902 historic landmark in North Augusta. The rooms are clean, well equipped, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was beyond than expected-it was served with great Southern elegance and attention to detail. Staying at the Inn made our trip to Augusta special, relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended to pass by while on the road trip.

We recently had the opportunity to stay a couple of evenings at the Rosemary Inn. It is truly a gem and we felt it more than lived up to our expectations. Kelly and Diana are the perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home in their home. The breakfasts were delicious, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We highly recommend the Rosemary Inn if you are looking for a wonderful place to get away. We would love to return in the future.

For ten days our travels spanned Savannah, Augusta, and Charleston. The other destinations being purely for pleasure (and the celebration of my husband's birthday and our anniversary), we included Augusta due to an impending Army move to Fort Gordon. We simply wanted to investigate towns and potential neighborhoods of interest, and yet we found ourselves wishing we planned a longer stay. (And now that our trip is complete, we can safely attest to the Rosemary Inn being our favorite lodging.)

The Rosemary Inn is a gorgeous property that Kelly and Diana have saved. Evident from the beautiful Victorians across the bridge in Augusta, Georgia, many of the local older gems have been abandoned. This lovely couple have restored the wood paneling, made a concerted effort to maintain a period appropriate color palette, and filled their home with comfortable and classic furnishings.

With its impressive edifice and staircase this house is nothing less than grand, but the owners soften the formal expectations with warm, welcoming personalities. They freely chatted about restoration obstacles, local eateries, and potential neighborhoods for the impending relocation. In addition to the sweet dispositions, Diana and Kelly also easily accommodated my dietary restrictions.

Staying at the Rosemary Inn had initially been purposeful, but I expect that this will be our location of choice for further residence reconnaissance and beyond. We are already discussing getaway potential whilst stationed at Fort Gordon. Considering the proximity and discounted active duty military rate, we just need to find a reliable sitter!

My wife and I spent two nights at this amazing Bed & Breakfast. Kelly and Diana were exceptional hosts who went to great lengths to provide a warm welcome, comfortable atmosphere, and great food in their spectacular turn of the century home. The house is a sight to behold - picture Downton Abbey meeting Gone with the Wind. It has remained largely unchanged since 1902 with all the original woodwork, doors, windows, hardware and fixtures. A veritable time capsule from the gilded age and truly a historic treasure; we really enjoyed relaxing in this stunning home and admiring the beauty of a by-gone era. We so appreciate the Combs not only for their friendly hospitality but also for their diligent efforts in restoring and maintaining this jewel of a home.
If you are looking for grand and unique experience that cannot be duplicated elsewhere outside of a museum, we highly recommend the Rosemary Inn. We had a delightful stay and will be certain to return!

I was able to book this B&B online on their website. Very user friendly. I was able to book the room I loved and an exceptionally reasonable price.

My wife and I booked this place for two nights. We were newlyweds wanting to stay at a nice place. Needless to say our expectations were exceeded. The owners are some of the most accommodating people I've ever met.

The house itself is beautiful, smells nice, is very clean, and is full of rich history. During our stay, we didn't have to think about anything: there was always a pot of fresh coffee nearby, ice buckets were full and fresh, crystal ware was always available and clean, and the list goes on and on.

Breakfast was astounding. Our bed was beautiful and comfortable.

My wife and I want to go back to the Rosemary Inn as soon as possible! Simply a gorgeous experience.

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night on our way to Charleston. By the end of our stay, we wished we didn't have to leave. We arrived to the B&B late (10:30 pm), however Kelly and Diana were nothing short of accommodating, showing each of us around the mansion and then to our room. They provided turn down service in our room and even stayed to make sure we had everything we needed, even though it was such a late hour.
When we came down to breakfast the following morning, Kelly introduced us to the other guests, with whom we would be sharing the table. We were served an exceptional homemade breakfast, along with coffee and orange juice. They even took the time to talk with us and the other guests and made us feel like family and not just like any other guest.
I highly recommend this bed and breakfast as every small detail was done to perfection. My husband and I will absolutely be back!

From the moment we entered this beautiful house to the final hugs goodbye, this was the best B&B we've experienced! Diana & Kelly have found the most perfect mix of warm hospitality with a quiet escape.

The home alone was enough to melt my sappy southern heart. Every room's historical charm has been preserved and yet the guestrooms have the modern convenience of a private bath. It's a virtual museum begging for it's walls to talk of the things it has witnessed since 1902. And yet, it possesses the welcoming, come-sit-here-a-spell-with-your-coffee feel of a home.

We were starving after a long drive and Diana had a wonderful list of local restaurants, of all genres, at the ready for us. We took one of her recommendations and were not disappointed.

After dinner we took a stroll to one end of the massive veranda and relaxed on the hammock gazing up at the 35' high columns.

We had a lovely breakfast in a cozy, quiet room and I regret not at least asking for the recipe of the lemon berry yogurt treat we had at breakfast (pictured.)

This experience was mostly a birthday gift to me from my husband as he indulges my love for historic b&b's and inns. He's perfectly content to find a conveniently-located Hampton Inn.

And yet...as we pulled out of the drive the next morning, he declared "We HAVE to come back here! This was wonderful!"

And so we shall.

And so should you! And if you do, would you mind getting that lemon curd recipe for me?

This is the best bed & breakfast I've ever stayed at. I loved the house... I enjoyed the huge Jackson Suite and sitting outside on the veranda. It was very neat to be able to kick off my shoes and make myself comfortable in a place like this. What really put the experience over the top, though, was the owners' incredible customer service. They truly understand outstanding customer service down to the smallest detail. They've thought of everything and they're wonderful people. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

(This place would also be the perfect location for a wedding, indoor or outdoor.)
