McDonald's

The food was good. The service was great, the young lady brought our meal to us, which was great due we had both grandkids with us. We loved our visit.

Love their tea. They fixed it perfectly for me! Not too sweet!

DJ was awesome tonight. Wish every mcdonalds was like this one. Their ice cream machine actually works!

Bought a new house in North Augusta, South Carolina and was pleased to see so many close restaurants with a few miles. I will always love McDonalds, something from my childhood I will always remember. This location was great. Cant wait for Mcrib season. Clean and friendly. Order was spot on.

The burrito that was served to me was elegantly made. tasty, just one of the best burritos I ever had in my life at McDonald's. the cheese was placed properly the meat it was enough...

I came through at 5pm, and I must say this shift has the sweetest employees. They’re all super kind and smiling. I was missing a burger and came in and they fixed it quickly and was so sweet about it. The manager was fun, talking with customers and employees. He seems to be the backbone of the happiness in there. Great job!

Okay everyone!! Today my husband, my 6 kids and I went to have breakfast this morning here before church around 9:45am 01/29/23 and this young girl named India took our order. We ate there. But as I was waiting for our food which we ordered a big order! Well the drive thru got full and cars kept coming and going and I was just observing her and OMG she did AMAZING!!!! MULTITASKING!!!! She brought us our food to the table, she kept going in and out to different cars taking them their food! And she was taking orders. She seemed to very very calm! Very educated! Very professional! No nasty attitude! I had to tell her how amazing she did before we left! I asked her for her name! SO WHO EVER THE MANAGER IS PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE OR SOMETHING! YOU GUYS HAVE GOLD WORKING THERE!!! TRUST ME!!! I wish every McDonald's had someone like her!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH INDDIA!!!!! YOU ROCK!!! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!

Good food and professional service! Could be a bit more personable to help the customer feel less like a part of the assembly line.

They used to be friendly, but it has changed waited to long for order to be taken, after them looking at us several times. Food was made wrong, then had to wait on frys.

i come through here a lot on the weekends after long days at work! tonight, the boy who was working the drive thru window was very sweet! he was also very patient and level headed with all the craziness going on inside! i really appreciated him and his attitude and i hope he is doing well!!

I can’t say enough about what happened today. We have a new manager in town and everyone should know it. His new staff and attention to detail will quickly make this the best McDonald’s in the CSRA. I bought a brand new jeep in may and it somehow broke down in the drive thru. Mr Emmanuel the GM of McDonald’s here in north Augusta was quickly on the scene and provided me a free tow through his roadside assistance. My food was perfect and hot at the window btw before my jeep went to the underworlds. I seriously can’t thank him and his team enough for the help they provided today. I’d never go to another McDonald’s ever even on a road trip. Thanks so much guys. 10/10

It's clean... the food is always hot when I go... the staff is friendly even if they are understaffed... they work with what they have.

Nice very sweet employees in the driveway I've encountered on every visit drive-thru the timing was amazing .....I've came thru for lunch one visit I've also done breakfast as well and both times were awesome great group of employers

April walker deserves a raise. There was a mistake made in our order but was very quick to fix it and even made sure we were okay with everything afterwards. She works so hard and has a great service attitude! If I was lucky enough to own a business she'd be hired. Please give that woman a raise and a promotion. Show her that her hard work means something to your company.

Woman at first window was wonderful but woman at second window had such a negative attitude she needed me to speak to the first woman. I only left because I really appreciated how the first woman conducted herself for McDonald's. Never got her name but she was Awesome.

These stars are for the cashiers only! They were so nice and made my frappe perfectly...as far as my food I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit no cheese....when I got home, which is across the bridge, I looked at my sandwich didnt show of cheese on the outside but it was in the middle....I've worked in restaurants before ..people f up alot and try to take shortcuts.but if the sandwich says no cheese and u make a mistake remake it duh..stop being lazy...luckily I'm not allergic or anything....🙄

Always like their egg and cheese McMuffin with no meat! Their frappe are always on point! Everything from the portion size to the price and the service was all 5star!

Very fast service came through the drive-thru ordered eight sausage biscuits to make chickens no problem all the food hot fresh employees were very friendly clean-cut professional environment
