IHOP

We had a great experience. Everything came out perfectly. Thank you , Nicole. They need to give you a raise, or let you manage the entire restaurant. You were efficient, friendly, and on the ball. Thank you!

There was one waitress Victoria and one cook and they were both great. Waitress was really nice, she checked on us and was super friendly. She had like 4 other tables besides us and was with each of them pretty quick The food the cook cooked was very yummy 😋 and they had the food done pretty quick. I would recommend this one WAY before I would Aiken.

We haven't been here in at least a year, but decided to come give it a try again. We are so glad that we did. Our server Marcus was excellent, very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious and very fast 😋

Marcus is a fantastic employee at this restaurant, went 1 time returned a couple weeks later and Marcus remembered our order and us! This was very impressive some severs at various places can’t remember your order going to the kitchen let alone a few weeks later! Apparently staff was short because he came out and apologized for not being attentive, he was also helping cook! Another impressive thing!! Way to go awesome will definitely be a regular customer with outstanding service like was provided!!!!

Our waitress was the best. Our table service was awesome. The staff was so concerned about food presentation, and I was very pleased by that.

This place is a hidden gem, honestly. Unfortunately it was understaffed when we went but the waitress who served us was very friendly and never made us feel less than welcomed.
But the food was Better than I would have thought. It tasted like my mom was in the kitchen cooking the food. I had the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. My daughter had the breakfast sampler and even got a second serving of the hash rows after she cleaned her plate (so you know it was good)
It was very clean as well.
I don't know about you, but my expectations for IHOP aren't that high, but this place shot it out of the park and super impressed me and my daughter.
DEFINITELY will eat here again. And I suggest for you to try it as well, you will not be disappointed ted. In fact you will be pleasantly surprised!!

This place tends to have an "average" reputation, and I haven't been to one in years, but my experience was fantastic. Prompt service, great food & menu items plus pretty clean. Definitely will be back.

We came in tonight which was Sunday and I we got the most polite server she sat us quickly even though she was by her self and had 6 other tables even a big party and she recommended the omelets to us so that's what we ordered and it was delicious food came out at a decent time even though they were kinda busy for one person and she brought everything to table that we asked for didn't have to ask again plus never had an empty drink and my husband drank alot so we will be coming to ihop again but only when victoria is working cause first time out of 3 that we left happy they finally hired an awesome worker my husband said the part that blows his mind was that she did so well being the only person with all the tables that she had and the cook also did well didn't have to wait to long at all so we will be back for sure I give them 5 stars the employee makes the place when they actually care and nit just there for pay check

UPDATE: Happy Hour (3pm to 9pm every day) is cheap, food is plentiful and delicious. They have turned a corner and they might be the BEST place to eat dinner in town on a budget. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

We’ve always enjoyed our experience, but we only go in non-peak hours (we do this at most restaurants).

The place has been steadily improving as well, looks like they got new management. For a time they had very few servers, post-COVID, which really hurt them (per a pair of waiters we spoke to on occasion).

In short, we really like this place!

Stopped in one night after bowling. We were a group of five and the dining room was crowded. The greeter wanted to sit us in the crowded section because the other section was closed off and being cleaned. After having requests to sit on the other side and being told no, someone finally came out and moved us and the service was nothing but wonderful the rest of the night while we dined in. Our food came out in a timely manner.Our order was hot, fresh, and everyones food was out at the same time. No one person had to wait for their food while everyone else was eating. Thats a plus in my book.

Food and server was amazing but as I was sitting there waiting on my food, I heard an argument from employees and it seemed pretty heated. Not sure if a manager was on duty but it definitely got out of hand for a moment. Besides hearing the argument, everything was pleasant!

Shared the Chicken Florentine Crepe and one pancake each. The crepe was out of this world delicious. Will be back soon to have again. May not share next time it was that good. I would also like to add that our waitress Bonnie was fantastic. Thanks for the great suggestion!

We went at shift change so there was only one server who was still there (and she was supposed to be getting off) bc all the evening shifts servers were late. Instead of having a bad attitude about having to stay late, our server was friendly and got us everything we needed/wanted. Great Service, one that deserved a great tip and great food. Our bellies are full and ready for a nap.

Had a delicious breakfast and Victoria provided us with excellent service.

Listen, they were doing a HUGE catering order. Huuuuge! Yet, they still made time for other customers. As it pertains to the food coming out in a timely manner, in-spite of the big boy catering order they were preparing. Even helped the delivery driver load the food in her vehicle. That was dope of them!! 👍🏽

Food was good and the waitress took very good care of us.

Today me and a friend for the first customers at IHOP in North Augusta soon as we walk through the door this young lady named Aubrey greeted us with a smile hello how you doing. She took our order always was attention always making sure we were all right. Aubrey thank you for the premier customer service. Also if you're ever in North Augusta stop by IHOP and be served by the best waitress in town Aubrey

For being short staffed, my server mike did not let it show. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable. The omelette I ordered was delicious.

I’m realizing that this I-hop is a place that prepares the food when you order, and the food portions, taste and price for what you’re getting is all really great, but that wait time, especially at night, is horrible! Everyone in the store had to wait an hour to get their food. They are Terribly understaffed for the night shift especially2-3 hrs before closing.

This IHOP is extremely good, very nice price, pretty view, and extremely cozy environment. I had the double chocolate pancakes, WHICH WERE AMAZING, as well as basically another plate of food for $14. Incredible price for the food given. We also were served by an amazing wait staff by the name of Nikki, who did a wonderful job with us. She was very friendly and helpful in having us order and even helped me decide what to order. Would recommend!
