University Prompt Care

My experiences were great here and I’m from Louisiana. Prompt, extremely polite, professional, and excellent doctors. Don’t even know what else to say. Great job in helping me through Covid. Is there a sixth star?

I went for major sinus issues and a cough that was not going away. Showed up at 8:30 a.m. and was out in less than 30 minutes. Got the treatment I needed so badly. The nurse and nurse practitioner were wonderful. The front desk staffer I dealt with was super kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. From the time I checked in, Dr. Trapnell’s nurse was very concerned and made sure I was comfortable due to my injury. Dr. Trapnell did a thorough check on my injuries and provided instructions on what to do and look for when I got home.

As a person with scoliosis, I fight every day with pain I never talk about. Today, it was beyond hiding. My insurance doesn't cover my normal doctor, and so I go to University prompt care in North Augusta. But these people are incredible! They did EVERYTHING I asked of them this morning, and the care they gave made so much of the pain go away. I am so appreciative. Thanks for your referral too.

I went to University Prompt Care for the first time yesterday. I had a severe case of Bronchitis, head and chest congestion, and a relentless non-productive cough that was not only keeping me up at night but was, without a doubt, wearing me out to the point that my natural ability to fight this infection was GONE! The team that worked with me at the Prompt Care facility were very knowledgeable, very caring and understanding, spent a gracious amount of time with me, and most importantly, came up with an effective plan to help me get back to my normal state of health. I can not thank Michael Anthony Posada, NP and the nurse, ( and I apologize for not remembering her name) who worked so closely with him and me during my stay at University Prompt Care. This facility and their staff is, without doubt, top-notch! I HIGHLY. recommend it. 5 star +.!!!

We found this clinic when my mother, who is 87 and here for several months needed to see a Dr and because no Drs I could find would accept a new patient on Medicare I ended up taking her to University Prompt Care in Aiken. The Dr was fabulous and referred us to Dr. Fraheem in North Augusta who took her on as a patient and has been VERY through and excellent in dealing with her issues. THANK YOU

I've gone to this location twice in a month. Molly has been my doctor both times. She and the staff are wonderful and more knowledgeable than the majority of doctors I've had in the past.

Dr. Nusrat is an excellent doctor. Always taken a good care of me. I am very thankful for his loving care.
