Walmart Supercenter

No problems here. I usually don"t have issues at Walmart. The cashier young lady directed me to her lane and was very helpful.

It has been two years since I shopped at this store...wow! It's gorgeous, well lit, organized and a totally great shopping experience. I took my time and looked at the different departments...I'm so impressed! Great job to those that made these changes!!! Even the music was pleasant. I'll be back..

Typical souther joint with delicious breakfast and lunch selections. Highly recommended. The place may be crowded so arive a bit early. The food was out of this world. Family owned business.

Walmart has been doing a lot of remodeling and upgrading on their stores and then with the added extra containers for a holiday stock items it gets a little crowded and some other parking spaces. But this door is organized and keeps up its appearance in my opinion.

Great place to shop, especially after the revamp of the stores. The Walmart app also provides aisle finding which is a convenient way to find things that you are looking for. Dunkin Donuts have opened a store inside Walmart which is a plus.

The series was good and it was clean and I found everything that I was looking for and my cashier was very nice and sweet and I didn’t have any problems there

Koki helped me with an emergency tire situation and was so nice and courteous. I was traveling from very far away and he helped me with everything I needed and got my tire fix very fast.

This was by far the nicest Walmart I have EVER been to! This is like no other Walmart, clean, organized and tons of selections.

Ok so i know its kinda silly to write a post about wally world but honestly if you are in town be grateful, bc i just recently moved to Franklin and out of all the walmarts ive been to in my lifetime...well..this one takes the cake, they are so friendly and this walmart takes EVErYTHiNG to the next level..my son went with me the othwr day and he was like "this is kinda like "Mall-like" Wal-Mart ,bc lets also add in Cool Springs Mall is literally down the road, but enough of my Wal-Gushing..5 stars hit it up

Walmart in Franklin TN strives to give customers an opportunity to do "one-stop shopping," and Walmart comes very close to meeting this goal. I can get most of what I need at Walmart, including groceries and household supplies. Also Walmart manages self-service checkout very well. I never wait for a checkout station for more than 30 seconds. I just wish the crew in Hot Foods could be a little friendlier, but that's the only area of improvement I would mention.

I just came in to get step-on trash cans for my work. I needed at least 6. I was looking all over the aisle for lids to 8 cans I had in my cart, but I couldn't find any. I found Team Lead Fagir in the main aisle and asked if she could help me. Together, we searched for a good half-hour. Finally, we gave up, and she (for the inconvenience and hassle) gave me a serious discount.
This was my first errand as the new assistant director of maintenance at my work.
Fagir, if you get a chance to see this, thank you so much! You made me look like a superhero, and i shared the triumph of this mission with you by telling everyone who asked about your valiant effort and kindness. You are the bomb diggity!

Honestly, I'm not a huge Walmart fan. However, this location as well ran and put together with helpful employees. Being new from California, at least I was familiar with Walmart and what they carry.

This is the most clean and well stocked store I have visited. I wish all stores were like this one.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. I get what I need at an aforable price and the actual experience is a grab bag. You never know what you gonna see 👀 😏

Wow, this is a GREAT Walmart. Isles are wide, everything is in place. You can really tell this is in Franklin.

This Walmart is a premier location for all things grocery and non grocery. Super great selection. Just don’t shop here after dark unless you want to be accosted.
