I come to this store quite often and I've never had a bad experience so far. I take my Rottweiler to get groomed sometimes when her fur gets wild and she loves going. I also love how organized everything is as well.

My man loves going to petsmart and we get his favorite fox made by Kong every month. Yeap at least it last a month most toys don't last that long.

Definitely love bringing my dog here to get groomed by TAYLOR. She’s been grooming my dog since I got her. She’s always been calm and gentle with Meila. She treats Meila as if she’s her own and she’s very professional as well. I’ve never been disappointed at all from the experience from Taylor.

I went in looking for a coat but saw the sign for baths no appointments necessary. I went in to talk to my groomer Kaitlyn and she explained to me I was bathing Maggie too much. I was bathing her weekly and not drying her. Maggie has dry spots on her and I was also told that was probably from not drying her. The moisture builds up and causes this. Wow I learned a lot.
I then left there and went in search of a coat where I was greeted by an employee who told me exactly where to look. They were out of size small girl coats so I bought a size small boys coat, she looks adorable. Bottom line is she is warm.

Our cashier was a total gem! She was helpful and kind! The store was far better than Petco in Aiken. We have 6 new neon tetras 😍 They didn't have the Zebra snails we needed and the water test strips were very expensive but, I still give them 5 stars because they deserve it!

Had an issue with the grooming department at PetSmart in Aiken which was immediately remedied in North Augusta by the salon manager, Katelyn. They recognized my dog in North Augusta and took good care of her.

I have two Australian Shepherds who go to Petsmart North Augusta for grooming. They like it and are happy to go back, which has not been the case with other grooming salons. I like the professional grooming that they receive. One has a particularly heavy coat, which the groomer laughingly describes as "epic". And it is! Nevertheless, she does a fantastic job and I have two beautiful dogs as a result of the grooming services there.

This is a great place to find everything I need for my animals. Also I rescue opossums and was able to get what I needed to nurse them back to health there

I love the cashier she is always so great when I go in there for toys for my puppy.

I love bringing my dog here to get her bath all of the staff are nice and friendly.

Jennifer in the salon is the absolute best for taking care of our boys. She does an amazing job with them every time they go. They are so handsome when they return.

My experience yesterday evening was phenomenal. It’s a priceless gift when anyone willingly helps us unprompted and whenever helpful professional strangers go to great lengths to make us feel as though we matter it can be a game changer. We can be reasonably assured that genuinely kind, considerate associates who eagerly and willingly share their knowledge with us also treat great numbers of people in their orbits with that level of care or better. And that’s money well spent. Suddenly the brand takes on new meaning. They worked to make my process effortless. They’re among the kindest people I’ve ever met in my lifetime. And super helpful!

We absolutely love taking trips to petsmart! My dogs love to go see the little “squirrels” they have 😂. They love squirrels….. I personally appreciate the fact that I can place an order online and have it brought out to my car. Very convenient.

My !Buckles looked like a king! I brought him in and he looked like a new puppy when I picked him back up . Katlin and the crew do a great job!

They always have what I need and if they don't they can get it.

Ashton was amazing. She went above and beyond. Her customer service skill are through the roof❤❤. We came in today. After going to two different stores and calling every where.looking for birds for my daughter. Nobody had them. So we called and came in.Her birthday is tomorrow glad she was at work to help us. 2 thumbs up. We are so happy.
