Hyatt House Augusta / Downtown

Amazing service here at this Hyatt. Jamie, Bobby and the front office team are super friendly, kind and go out of their way to make your experience extra special. My mom and I truly enjoyed our experience thanks to them. Breakfast is included. Gym is quiet and clean. Rooms and beds are clean and comfy. Beautiful rooftop bar with the view of downtown Augusta - hidden gem spot.
Bobby is their driver who will take you to the Masters each day. He has great energy and very knowledgeable about local spots to check out.
Highly recommend this Hyatt for your Augusta experience. We will be back for sure! Thank you 😊

Stayed there for a wedding this past weekend. The hotel workers were all so very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the bartenders were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, and the host and bartender were nice. Breakfast was the bomb . Right in downtown, we spent about $400 for the weekend there.

First time visitor to Augusta. This was a nice choice. They offered a nice breakfast too. I was only there for two days, however our trip was good and I recommend this hotel

If I'm ever in Augusta again, this is where I would say they are very nice people and it's very clean. I mean clean go to the Hyatt house in Augusta. You'll like it...

I didn't stay long, but for the time I was there, and the meeting that I attended, I couldn't ask for a better experience. It was my first time going to the Hyatt House and I have to give a huge thanks to them for allowing our amazing event organizer to host their conference there. I definitely look forward to going back again!

Loved our very spacious two bedroom room with a beautiful view of Broad St and the surrounding city. The gym was great, the staff was extremely pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty. Enjoyed our overnight stay while riding through town.

Although I didn't stay here, my wife attended a conference that was held here on the 8th floor (which is where the conference room is). The 8th floor also has a bar area (this is 1 of 2, the first one is on the ground level near the front desk) Rooftop sitting area has a dope vibe. Beautiful view of Downtown Augusta. Beautiful property. Can't wait to go back and stay for a night- or two or three!

We stayed the night here for our anniversary. I have no complaints at all. I wouldn't say that there was anything left me in awe about how great it was, but it hits the checklist for places I would definitely stay again. Clean, comfy, spacious, love the shower, and rooftop bar is always fun. I do wish parking was included. So be prepared to pay for parking. Not extremely expensive, but is an additional expense.

Nice hotel, staff was friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable. The meeting space upstairs was spacious and well set up for a meeting.

This is my favorite place to stay in Augusta. Very clean and the staff is very helpful.

First and foremost I would like to say that Jerel is amazing, wonderful attitude, and a kind heart. The hotel is in a great location for bars and other nightlife activities. The room was clean with a nice shower. I would recommend this place.

We stayed for a weekend visit with local family and enjoyed the hotel and it would also be good for a work stay as well. The room was spacious and comfortable and was even equipped with a corkscrew and 2 stemless wineglasses. There are plenty of electrical outlets and easy connections for hdmi, Bluetooth, aux, and USB charging on TV. The rooftop bar was well equipped and very comfortable. The only drawback to location was that half of the restaurants in the area are closed on Sunday and Monday.

The staff here has been nothing short of amazing the past three weeks... My room is always clean and I’ve always gotten everything I needed. There is an amazing rooftop bar that produces a great group of people with great bartenders.

Broad street has some great upscale restaurants that compliment the hotel nicely!

Wow. Definitely 10/10. Very safe practices regarding guest access to the building and elevators. Comfortable, exceptionally clean and beautiful rooms. Rooms are stocked for guest convenience. Silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, plates, and basic cookware are provided in the kitchen. Along with a sleek and quiet dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, and a compact oven with stove top. An extra pillow and blanket are provided, in room thermostat, and a wall mounted TV with plenty of channels to choose from.

Worth the stay! Wished I would have taken pictures of the room prior to crashing but the room looked so peaceful. The room was quiet, I didn't hear the neighbors or the street noise below. And the security was great. I will say the TV option was not the best, strong wind or rain cancels the satellite feed. Overall a terrific choice, one that I will make again!

Didn't stay here, just visited the roof top bar. The drinks were excellent and the staff was great. Great views at sunset and overlooking Broad Street at night.
