The Home Depot

We needed a new toilet. It was not your typical day, yet it was a typical purchase here. Low friction, plenty of inventory, and we found what we needed. It was even on sale. The cart we needed to move it was right by the shelf. Very convenient. The checkout was quick and easy. The cashier was polite but offered us the credit card. It's not a big deal, but I could see that affecting someone else. Overall, it was a good trip to the Depot, and I will be back again. Hopefully, not for a toilet.

Out of what we needed. Informed by staff product was on back order since October 2023. Came home got on app & ordered it & picked up at same store in about a week. Not sure what was going on there but Home Depot needs to fix in house information and allow customers to order in store if they choose; which means probably new software?$$$$$
On upside all the staff was great especially the 3 tht helped us in garage door insulation/insulation area, except being mis informed about ordering product.😁

Easy to find what we were looking for, in addition to an impulse purchase of patio furniture that didn’t break the bank but seems to be of good quality.

Very nice was at the check out and the dude that was working there not sure his name but he made my day even gave me $50 off what a blessing

Well stocked, clean bathrooms, better selection than the Springhill store, good prices on project wood like poplar/oak/pine ect.

Our refrigerator went out and we needed a new one. After going five different places we found what we wanted. The sales man was knowledgeable and friendly. I would say a great experience all around. We ended up with a Whirlpool French door with bottom freezer.

We go to the Home Depot in Franklin quite a bit. I’m so appreciative of the staff there! We accidentally left our cell phone in the store, and the staff quickly retrieved it for us. Great customer service and always a pleasant shopping experience.

I actually got great deal on cleaning supplies her and my fav cleaning supply the pink stuff. Pink is great for glass stoves and the all purpose cleans well and makes everything smell so fresh. Also Home Depot employees was friendly made sure I found everything I needed. Was well stocked and I look forward to shopping here again.

Good store, friendly cashiers. The lady at customer service was very nice. She helped me with my pick up order in the lockers. Will definitely visit this store again and recommend this location for any of your Home Depot needs.

Home Depot is great but their Penski truck rental not so much! We were scared that thing was gonna break down. Plus there's hidden fees and charges. Days later we both got $7 charges on our cards with no explanation.

I was surprised at their selection. There were people to help us and it was a very pleasant experience. It had been a long time since I shopped at Home Depot and I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely return to Home Depot!

Susie in Customer Service and Melvin the Store Manager are great! One of my online orders turned out to be unavailable at their store, so they found it at another, and got it to me that day. Every business should take care of their customers this way.

I wish I could give this particular Home Depot location more than five stars. Our home is located one mile from this place and when we purchased it I began renovating. No kidding, I am probably at this store once a week on average. In other words, been there hundreds of times! I have never, not once, had anything but a pleasant experience. Some of the reviews on here with one or two stars makes me wonder if they reviewed the wrong store, because this is so opposite of what I have consistently experienced. The staff is helpful, and I see the same people working here for years which to me is a good sign. Products are laid out well, the aisles are large enough, rarely is a product sold out, check out is quick, it's just all good here! I am so thankful to have this place so close to home, I even sometimes walk there.

Though they have still not updated mask signage that quotes a now-revoked local mandate, I am proud of the store leadership and can tell the current GM is running his teams very well. I went to purchase a new power drill yesterday and did not wear a mask. I had resolved to shop elsewhere should an employee confront me about not having one, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when I needed help picking from DeWALT’s options. While many stores are berating customers who do not wear masks (even before finding out if they have legitimate exemptions or not), the employees at this specific Home Depot no doubt reflects on the level-headed leadership of the GM and his thorough communication to his teams on how to deal with customers who don’t wear masks.

Thank you Franklin Home Depot to your entire team, but especially to the current leadership. Will certainly be prioritizing your store in the future!

I've always been able to get what I need when I visit this location. The plants & flowers, are well taken care of here. It seems like they stay very busy at this location while always managing little to no wait time to check out. In fact, I am certain I could get in, find what I needed, and checkout in less time than if I visited one of the handful of "smaller, 'hometown' hardware stores. Always a pleasure to do business with.

What can I say, they've basically taken my kids college fund. I'm here at like 7 days a week.

We love this Home Depot! The staff is so nice and very knowledgeable. Today we needed help in two different areas for some renovations and both staff members that helped us were not only eager to help us, but provided some of the best service we’ve received. We have a great experience every time we come here.

Super friendly, nice, and helpful. Not that knowledgeable. If you know what you want and need, it works. Convenient location.
