I live in Texas and I was visiting my mother who is in a nursing facility in South Carolina and I stayed here because of the value and the location. It has been a wonderful experience! The hotel staff is very nice and accommodating. They even let me check in earlier than my check in time which was huge! The hotel has an old school look and very golf themed with Augusta being home of the Masters tournament. My room was very clean and had everything I needed and the staff cleaned my room daily and recommended me some nice bars and restaurants which is all walking distance from the hotel. It’s on Main Street so it’s easily accessible to a lot of restaurants and stores but the best restaurant is in the hotel itself. The lady who’s in charge of managing the dining area has been sick as of late but she came back as soon as I checked in and breakfast here was very delicious. The prices for food were very good price so I was able to eat a big breakfast for a good price compared to some of these other restaurants in the area! Lastly there are a lot of bars and restaurants to walk to and enjoy. I will most definitely be staying here again in the future!!!!

The manager, Marisol, was absolutely amazing. Her personality was infectious and pleasing. The rooms are average but clean and well regulated as far as temperature and humidity. The turn down service was well done.

Fantastic stay! Marisole makes you feel at home and the breakfast is 10/10. If I ever return, I would be sure to get breakfast at BJ's again. All in all, great room and great service.

The hotel staff was really nice and accommodated me really well! They have a cat in the lobby which is the nicest cat that I have ever met. The room add a bit old but nice and have that old school feel! 10 out of 10!

Wondeful staff. The best views in the city. A little old fashioned, but i love it that way. Reminds me of my mothers room in the early 1990's. My absolute favorite hotel in augusta hands down!

I have not stayed in the hotel but the lunch that is served here is well with the price and quality of service you receive from the lady serving you is 5 star. You cannot sit down for a meal and a better price any where around. Give them a try!!

I absolutely recommend Ramada by Wyndham Broad Street Augusta Georgia! Thank you for as always my emergency last minute. Kindly Greeted with a smile at front desk . Indoor Pool is Dreamy . The foliage is much appreciated. Tended with love I'm sure ! Convenient rooms and Rates. Could not ask for more during Arts in The Heart 2022.

The manager should give Edward Ronaldo a raise or at least a bonus. He was PERFECT, the perfect balance of being calm and welcoming. It annoys me when the front desk person is too energetic this late at night, and when they are too apathetic/monotone. I was really tired when I got here and he just had the perfect energy. He explained everything so clearly to me about booking the room, where to park, etc. Also the room is clean and there are no smells! Next time I'm in this area I will stay here.

When u step into the hotel it takes u back to a classic time of beauty I loved the atrium style pool area... The king room tht we had was very spacious.. the next morning we had breakfast in the restaurant Ms Sally is by far the best chef . Everyone at the front desk was accommodating and gave me good ideas for dinner we ended up going to Luigi's .. yes it is an older hotel but it truly is a hidden gem in downtown Augusta I will surely be back..

Very upscale and quiet, however not enough space to walk around in a double. Breakfast is not free. You must pay for it, $10. Suppose to be buffet but it's not that good. Food doesn't match the hotel

My meal was delicious. I had the salad bar because it was too hot for heavy food. The watermelon was the sweetest I've had this year. Service was as always splendid !

Like a step back in time. A twelve story bed & breakfast environment! Clean & upgraded perfectly yet keeping the local history & timely theme, a challenge most hotels can't even begin to compete with.

The room was better than I expected. The wifi is on the better side when compared to other hotels. The location is pretty convenient towards everything, didn't seem out the way. Overall a good experience.

This is a great mid-priced hotel. The rooftop lounge has the best view of the city downtown. Family owned and operated by one of the oldest downtown business families (115 years in downtown Augusta).

Service and hospitality representative of true southern charm. Great lounge bar service and the pool was a delight, being indoors and a perfect temperature. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!!!

Great retro feel...wonderful lunch and breakfast midweek at BJ's restaurant...grand piano in restaurant..cathedral ceilings...front entrance designed by famous architect I.M. Pei, lovely tropical garden pool room, great views of the city, free parking, and even a church that meets on Sunday at 3 p.m.!

Location was perfect for the Augusta Half Ironman. The staff is amazing. Would stay here again. The only downside was no microwave or fridge in the room
