The Tractor Center

Going in to finalize the purchase of our sub-compact tractor. Customer service was great. Needed a little help right after they closed and went the extra mile to get us the fluid we needed.

Jonathan the store manager contacted me about my bad experience. He said he would make everything right until I was happy. The tractor needed other work done which he gave me a heavy discount. He had Jeff contact me every step of the way to insure everything he quoted me was fair and I was satisfied. I have upgraded this review from 1 to 5 stars to reflect this. No company is perfect, but they had the perfect way to turn this into a good situation.

Service center is horrible!

Ashton told me the tractor work would be done an a week or so. A month later still waiting. Was told they were short employees. A couple weeks after that, he told me my tractor hydraulics weren't working, and could be a serious pump issue. After I told them it was BS and a huge argument, everything miraculously started working. All I wanted was a fluid flush and oil change. They tried to up the bill to pad their pockets. Took the tractor to James River, and Daryl took great care of me. If you want to pay top dollar for repairs you don't need, the tractor center is the place for you.

I purchased a skidsteer from your store, Graham was my salesmen and he did a perfect job. He went over everything with us kept us unformed on when the machine would arrive when it would be ready. All the paper work was in order and explained. He is a great sales person!! Machine is great too.

When I found out that they can make exact Kubota hoses, I was so happy. I can get replacement hoses on the spot. They stand by their work too. Had to get one of the hoses re-done because it was too long and they made it right! Would buy a new tractor from them if I could afford one!

Fantastic service! I brought in two leaking hydraulic cylinders from my loader. Jeff had them both rebuilt and ready to pick up in 24 hours. And when I needed a new fuel pump for my RTV-900 they were the only nearby dealer who had it in stock. I’ll be going back to the Tractor Center for sure.

I went in today and got oil and a filter for my 2019 M5660SUH. They asked if I bought my tractor from them, which I informed them I did not. I wish I had! The service was great and they treated my two boys (8 and 4) so nice! I will be buying from here from now on. Had a set of rear wheel weights priced while I was there and I will be getting them from this dealer. I’ve farmed my whole life and bought equipment, parts and tractors from all different dealers, and this was probably the best simple “parts run” I’ve ever been on. You earned business today!

Talk about customer service! This was my first visit to Senter and I was promptly greeted by Korey who was able to help me from start to finish. He took the time to understand what I needed and instead of trying to get me into something I didn't need he took the time to understand my needs and we found the right piece of equipment for me. If you're looking for a new tractor or want to meet some great people, don't hesitate to head over to Senter!

Purchased a new SVL 97-2 track loader from the Tractor Center... Graham was spot on with all of his communications and replied to my text and emails, even on his days off... can't ask for anything better....anything we have encountered wrong with the machine has been addressed both promptly and correctly.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I would highly recommend The Tractor Center if you in the market for any lawn care equipment. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Best part for me was that they are happy to just let you browse around and look without any pressure to buy.

I purchased my first ECHO product, a 20" bar chain saw from them. The service dept filled it with Gas and oil, made sure everything was in working order, and walked me through the start up procedure. It was a level of service you're just not going to find at one of the big box stores.

And LOVE the ECHO chain saw! I had a Poulan Pro for years and the ECHO is definitely a huge upgrade. It cuts thru 20" plus logs like butter.

Could not have asked for a better experience!! I was in desperate need for parts for my Kubota L5030 and everyone I called seemed to try and take advantage of the fact that I had to have the parts fast. Called Senter and spoke with Korey who personally went to the parts manager and explained my situation and my needs. The next day when I arrived to pick up my parts I was met at the door and treated as if I was buying a new tractor from them. The parts manager explained my parts and gave me some tips on the installation of my parts. Senter Tractor saved me time and money. Needless to say I am a customer for life now. Thanks Guys

The staff greatly exceeded my expectations. They took a lot of time to answer all of my questions and to make sure I understood what I needed to do to make a repair on my mower.

A vert positive experience purchasing a new Kubota. Kory was very helpfull through whole process. Perfect customer service. The service department is right on, and very dedicated to doing things corectly. I would highley recomend this business.
