The price that vets charge for spay and neuter are outrageous. Though it may be a little hard to get an appointment, it's well worth it to be able to afford to have your pet fixed. The staff are very friendly. So far, with 3 cats having surgery, there has been no complications and recovery time was fast.

We took our male and female cats to get spayed&neutered here. All I can say is that we had a great experience, smooth and professional. We paid a fraction of the cost of what a vet in Raleigh would charge. Low cost, professional and easy! I highly highly recommend this place!!

I have had my male and female cat neutered and spayed here - about to have another male kitten neutered. Saving Lives Spay Neuter Clinic is very professional, kind, and caring towards animals. They provide great instructions for pre- and post-op care and the procedure is an incredible cost. Every drop-off and pick-up have gone smoothly and my kittens have recovered easily afterwards. I have trusted them with all of my animals and I cannot recommend them enough!

Was a bit hesitant to leave our kitty there alone but he did great. Check in was easy, staff were polite & efficient and extremely caring. :) our Simba is all healed up & doing great!

We have had 2 kittens neutered and spayed/chipped/vaccinated here and they were FANTASTIC! It is such an easy, painless process too. It was $105 for each cats surgery when we'd paid Clayton Animal Hospital $700 to spay our other cat. This clinic makes it simple and most importantly, accessible for people to have their animals fixed so we don't end up with more strays. Highly, highly recommend!

What a wonderful asset for Wake County! I recently had a kitten spayed at this clinic and cannot make enough positive comments to do the clinic justice! The entire process ran seamlessly. EVERY associate I interfaced with was both professional and personable. You can tell they really love what they do!

This is a wonderful business to take care of your pets. We have had our female dogs spayed using their services and the experience was top notch. Our girls done well through the entire healing process after surgery and no problems with surgery either. I highly recommend this business for pet care.

I'm so glad I found this service! From the moment the tech greeted us during morning drop-off, I knew that my little dog was going to be safe and well cared for. And I was right! although she was pretty drugged up when I picked her up, I could tell that she wasn't in pain, that surgery had gone very well, and it was very well done. I am so impressed with how my dog has healed following surgery. The incision was ultra tiny and healed up within a few days. We definitely appreciated the e-color that came home with her, as our dog does like to lick herself when she has itches or owies. It was great to get a supply of pain medication sent home with her, although to be honest she didn't seem to need it for more than a day. I really love the affordability of this service. while it would be ideal to be able to afford vet care up the street from us, the fact is right now given current pandemic and financial worries, finding a location that will give quality service and the care we need for our dog AND fit our budget is amazing. I highly recommend this service, if you have pet who needs spaying or neutering please contact this office! Scheduling is a breeze. And they are so accommodating, it is incredible. Took our babies to get microchipped today and the staf was super friendly from the get go. They just wanted to love up on my 2 dogs and I appreciated that they made us feel welcomed and not like just a customer. It was quick and very organized.

Great place to get your pet fixed. We took our 6 month puppy here and the process was super easy! No complication post-surgery. Not to mention, the procedure is a fraction of the cost compared to other clinics! Our vet quoted us at $500+ for the same procedure. Highly recommend!
