This was my second visit to Salons by JC and each time I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and escorted to my appointment. There are many services offered here with individualized rooms where privacy is maintained. My appointment was with Steven(#23) for a color and treatment on my sisterlocks. From my consult last week to the finished product today, he was the consummate professional as well as put me at ease (changing your hair color is stressful!) during the process. Afterwards we even went outside with a mirror to make sure I knew how it would look. It's a wonderful thing when your expectations are exceeded.

Steven Ruffin is an excellent barber and I always have a great experience with him.

Styles by Emgee is the best!!!!!!! I love the one on one attention you receive in the individual shops within the salon. Mary is great! My hair has never felt healthier!

Arrived no one was at the desk to greet me or let me know where to go. I found the room I was looking for 16 and the barber that was suppose to cut my hair had someone in his chair for over an hour and my appointment was canceled due to me not arriving. I was 10 mins early and waited 45mins and the barber was still cutting someone’s hair. Will never use this service again.
