I have been seeing Melanie for couple of years now and she is great with skin care! She does very well is assessing what is needed to improve my skin and has transformed my skin significantly. I always picked the package deal as I could get a really good facial and skin treatment for around $60 with every visit. She is always so polite and kind which makes the entire experience so amicable. So glad to have Melanie in the area!

I went to see Melanie for the first time today and it definitely will not be my last. She is caring and patient and really takes the time to try and understand your needs and give you the best possible course of action. I have adult acne with scarring and at 35, I also have wrinkle issues. So, I have a lot of work that needs to be done to get to baseline. Melanie was very patient in describing what we will do today and a bit about the plan for the next sessions. She makes you feel comfortable and I'm so lucky and happy to have found her. I can't wait to witness the improvements in my skin as I believe I am in very good hands!!

Melanie is the best and highly recommended! I am so glad I have her here when I need her! I have very sensitive skin and rosea. As I get older, anything can irritate my skin and break me out! Plus I have sleep apnea and have to wear a mask at night. That irritates my skin too.
Last time I saw Melanie, I was particularly in a bad way. She customized a healing treatment for me using light therapy, ultrasound and a sensitive facial with her healing hands! I was in heaven! She is very intuitive and knows just which massage strokes to use!

I have been going to Melanie since she first opened her business in Asheville, NC around 2002. We completed a profile of my goals, and we achieved each and everyone. I now have eyebrows and when we started, I had hardly any! In fact, I now also go to her for eyebrow waxing and tinting.

The triple treatment (microdermabrasion, peel, & ultrasound) did the trick for me. I highly recommend her maintenance program. Your skin feels so clean, soft and new skin cells are developed which provides that youthful look everyone is seeking. Melanie provides many other services like skin tag & age spot removal. You can purchase products that are healthy and safe for your skin.

Melanie researches each product before bringing it into to the store before she carries them; she wants to know what the products will do and if they will be safe for her clients. Melanie is continually seeking new and better products in order to serve her customers. She is very knowledgeable about the latest technology and very dedicated to her clients and profession.
Also, look for her special packages that she provides. You will find that you get more for your money that way!

Melanie, you are awesome! My skin has never looked better!! At one visit, my lymph nodes were swollen. Melanie's treatment that visit included light therapy for my face and neck. That treatment also improved the swelling so much that I could comfortably swallow again by the end of the day! You can trust Melanie to take excellent care of your skin too!!

Melanie is a very skilled esthetician and a true professional. She has a talent for evaluating individual needs and formulating the best treatment based on what's best for the customer. Her office is immaculate and her manner is friendly and helpful. I'm thankful that Melanie suggested that I try the Rhonda Allison face wash and the Atache tinted sunscreen - I'm super-pleased with both products. Ask for the Triple or the Quad treatment - both very reasonable in price.

I have been going to Cary Skin Care for several years and love the 3 peel! I've just discovered the quad and am loving those as well. I have told many friends about her services when they compliment my skin.

I am so happy to have found this spa! Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and was able to help my skin issues, which I had struggled with for a few years. My skin has improved tremendously and I am so grateful to Melanie! I highly recommend Melanie and this spa.

My treatments started with Melanie when she was still working for another company. My situation was that I had lost muscle tone in my face due to cancer in the jaw. Melanie sat me down and said let’s try to see what we can do for you. Not knowing just what was going to work since I also have a thyroid problem we started our quest. Because my skin is not sensitive and we were able to do deep, Vitamin C peels which requires a great deal of knowledge from Melanie. This type of peels really lifts the lines from a person’s face that only a master Esthetician is able to perform. We continued with the peel, micro and added the ultrasound & light therapy. What a difference it has made. However, I did not realize the depth of my improvement until one day when I met up with an old friend
that I haven't seen for about a year. The first thing they said to me was "What have you done to your face, it looks so good, did you have a face lift"?
What a wonderful feeling I had at that moment. However, it has saddened me that Melanie left Western North Carolina but I have made the drive to Cary and it isn't really that far away. I see now why Melanie choose Cary the people are so nice and friendly, not to mention that Melanie makes every effort to work me in her schedule knowing that I'm driving from Asheville, North Carolina.
