I not to long ago turned 18 and have been looking for a nice used vehicle. This would be my first vehicle purchase and I did not want to finance a big amount. Elite Auto Sales is over the best car buying experience I have had. They let me view the vehicle without standing over my shoulder but stayed in close proximity if I had any questions. Gave me options with and without a warranty. Highly recommend.

This is Charles Wyatt, I absolutely love my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth that I purchased from Elite Auto Sales. It’s my favorite car I ever owned, it recently was towed due to a misunderstanding and has some motor issues that I need fixed. The bumper was halfway ripped off and it’s missing a fog light due to being towed. I have some upcoming law suits and have autism and PTSD and I am not a sue happy person nor a mean hearted person. I’m working on starting a business myself and I am in full support of small businesses that are ethical and would never sue an ethical business. I believe Elite Auto is but we had a major misunderstanding and Chris the finance manager, Nathaniel the owner and Ruby tried to be understanding but misunderstood my intentions. Ruby said she would relay the message, gave good customer service skills, and took note and said she would contact the owner. I believe initially Elite Auto had excellent customer service skills too and a great deal and a chance on a loan and very grateful for that. I have already recommended them to several people in the past because it was a great experience until this recent experience. 5 star experience. AAA business.

Great car buying experience, from first looking online to driving away with my car. The information and photos they provide online is informative and honest. The dealer took my call right away and was professional and helpful right off the bat, without ever overselling anything. Their lot is clean, and everyone on their staff that I encountered was courteous and enjoyable to interact with, including Carl, Aaron, etc. The car was very clean and ready for sale - it reminded me of how a car looks at a Manufacturer's dealership. Chris, the GM, handled the finance part, and it was quick and smooth. Overall, 10/10 with no complaints and nothing but good things to say. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 2012 Platinum Ford F-150 from Elite Auto Sales. I bought it back in October. I wanted to drive the truck around before I wrote a review. I have had zero problems with my truck. If you are looking to get into a vehicle and are within a drivable distance, this is the place. My salesman was Mr. Doug Martin. They handled business well, and Mr. Doug was super helpful. I am not from Raleigh, but rather 3 hours away. I went down to check out the truck but could not come home with it that day. The following week we made ends meet, and with my schedule, I would not make it back down within the month. Mr. Doug was courteous enough to meet me halfway, which was a blessing. We were able to do the paperwork that was needed where we had met.

I would recommend Elite Auto 2 anyone who has been denied a car loan with a good credit score but negative remarks. They got me approved and in my 2008 Lexus in less than 30 min. Appreciate u guys. Keep up the excellent car deals. Thanks
