Just a backstory, I had one week to shop for a car because I was starting college the week following. I had gone to/looked at about 6 dealerships until I finally found one with good-looking cars . Ended up test-driving two cars there, and both did not pass the pre-inspection. I was so disappointed because I had spent a lot of time and money on inspections which caused me to almost give up until I came across this dealership. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! They had AMAZING service, the car came out with a pretty clean inspection, and they actually sat down with me to talk over the price. They then worked with me on the payment method, and long story short, I walked out of there smiling ear to ear, crying, and all in all happy that I got a beautiful 2012 Toyota Corolla. But it didn't stop there, the dealer even FILLED UP MY TANK!! So folks, if you looking for a great car dealership in Raleigh don't even think twice shop at Swift Motors!

Very easy to deal with and very accommodating. We live in a different state and they were very prompt in sending photos and videos of anything we requested. My wife flew in to complete the purchase process and they met her at the airport so she would have transportation to the dealership. During her vehicle inspection and test drive they again answered any and all questions. My wife said the entire process was very pleasant. I would definitely do business with them again.

We were looking for a low mileage, reliable car. We found a car at Swift that wasn't officially ready to sell because it still needed some prep work. Naji and Abdul helped us by answering our questions, sharing the Carfax (explaining its limitations), and arranged for us to take it off the lot to get it checked out by our mechanic. Based on the pictures and description on the website I went to look at a Land Cruiser. It was in the condition described online, and in fact exceeded my expectations . After looking it over and a driving it we discussed price for a few minutes and came to an agreement. The paperwork was done quickly and the entire process was smooth and easy. This was by far my best experience at a used car dealer. I'd be happy to purchase there again.

First, customer service means a lot to me. The guys at Swift are absolutely great! Answered questions, well spoken communicators; just really good guys to chat with. Second, nice selection of cars. I went there specifically for a vehicle from their website but found myself very interested in several other top notch cars. Finally, fair price for my purchased vehicle, fair price for my trade in. Great experience. Super easy transactions. I will send family and friends to them!!!
