This was my first experience buying a car on my own and thanks to everyone at Cardinal it was a good one. Edward in sales made sure I was getting a car I wanted by listening to me and then worked really hard to get it inside my budget. The absolutely wonderful woman in the titling department (I am so bad with names I am so sorry) was amazingly kind and great to work with because of an unusual titling situation I had with my current vehicle. Every single person I worked with or spoke to here was kind and respectful, I never felt pressured to get a vehicle but was allowed to make my own choices. I came in on Thursday hoping to test drive in hopes of purchasing a vehicle, it was 9:05am and even though they opened at 9am, Amin (AJ) was eager and ready to greet me and help me with anything I needed. Long story short, AJ is very knowledgable about all vehicles and it’s obvious that he loves what he does. He’s easily relatable and isn’t pushy at all, unlike some other dealers. I was able to purchase the vehicle and drive off the lot in under an hour! He was able to share and recommend any and all services offered by the dealership, even with some personal recommendations!

My experience at Cardinal auto sales was one of the best in this area, I was working with AJ, one of the new salesman there and I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Karriem T really worked with me and guided me towards an “unknown” on his lot. He was patient and listened to what I liked and was looking to do. We were able to work out a plan AND I have now purchased my 1st car, solo.

Even though we didn’t purchase a car from we here due to lender issues we still had great service from Eddie. He made sure to stay in contact with us about our situation for well over 4-5 days and done all he could on his end for us! Some lenders just wanna give you a hard time about the littlest things. But would recommend Cardinal Auto sales. He was honest on his end to make sure the car we were going to purchase had something fixed on it that needed to be fixed before we left with it. He was good to us and we’re thankful for his kindness and willingness to work hard on our some what complicated situation and would recommend him to anyone that ask us!

So my wife and I just bought an 2014 crosstour. Beautiful cat I'm. Mechanic my self so the car is flawless and OG Eddie made it very simple just had to run back home to make sure my stuff in order but other than that, quick dealership car buying process ever trust me. I never thought that I would utter those words behind a car buying expereince because they usually are long, drawn out processes that don't always result in acquiring the vehicle you came in to purchase. Karriem made my expereince incredible--he was clear, consice, did not add a bunch of extra fluff, and stayed focused on getting me the car I WANTED. He was thorough, helpful, and extremly knowledgable about the process--loan options, the ins and outs of the vehicle, and worked diligently to close the deal in a TIMELY manner.

Thank you Robert. Great customer service. Very friendly and hard working. The car was super clean as if it was new (see photos). They did not charge me for any of the repairs (tires, lights, wipers, breaks, etc.). The price was significantly better than corolla’s at other dealers.

I'm very surprised by the bad reviews. I have had nothing but great experiences here. Just bought a car (2011 VW Jetta) from Robert yesterday (6 March 19) and am very pleased so far. Very professional, very easy to work with. Yes the salesmen ate a bit busy but they will take the time to focus on you if you're patient.
They have a good selection of cars at reasonable prices. They check out all of the cars before selling to make sure the car is solid. I will likely be back for the next car purchase.
