As it turned out the fascia issue was insect related. Nevertheless, John inspected the entire attic for our peace of mind. And reattached the plywood section under the fascia board. John is a top notch pro, and a joy to engage with. Lastly, I learned that John loves and protects squirrels and raccoons. He has nurtured squirrels and raccoons as pets after removal.

Needed to have some bats removed from my property. Called and spoke to Kelly Odell. What a great experience it was. She is friendly, knowledgeable, scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. And Whala- the critters were taken care of and sealed off the area so that they do not come back. Derek was very professional and did a great job! Thanks for the great TEAM WORK!

Tad is truly a bat control expert, he was our point of contact, who consistently kept us informed throughout the bat exclusion process and he was very punctual. Had noice In roof somewhere, not sure what it is. Call Tad, got the next day service. Ethan showed up on time and I receive remind before hand about who and when will show up. He checked thoroughly and set trap. He checked daily - even at the weekend. Once he checked at noon and then I found there are 2nd trapped, called him and he came within an hour and got it. Total 5 squirrels after, sealed. We are noice free. He is so knowledgable and handled thing professinal and above and beyong. This is not the first time I used Tad. He and his crew never disappoint me.

Happy to recommend this company. I called after hours one evening and the next day Ethan came out to do an assessment. Ethan and his crew did an excellent job riding our attic of bats. My husband said, “It’s like the bats were never there.” Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, thorough.

I called Triangle Wildlife as we had developed a bit of a mouse problem in our house, despite my cat's best efforts (non-existent). I initially spoke to Kelley in the office, who was super friendly and efficient, and she was able to send John out the same day for an assessment and quote.

John was right on time, incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and came up with a plan that was suitable for us (I prefer to not kill any animals if possible). He returned the next day to seal the holes in our foundation and secure our crawlspace, all for a very reasonable fee. I now have to take on humanely trapping the entire hoard (which the company offers but I'm fine doing myself!) and John told me I could call if there were any concerns.

I will definitely reach out to them for any future wildlife issues!

Our experience with Tad from Triangle Wildlife Removal was fantastic. After moving to our new home in Durham, we noticed unfamiliar droppings all over our driveway. Upon calling Triangle Wildlife Removal, Tad arrived within 12 hours, quickly identified the problem (bats in the attic), and promptly scheduled us to seal up the house and set up bat excluders. The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. They also provided sanitizing of the affected areas once the bats were removed and the bat proofing was complete. As a bonus, they offer a warranty on the service if the bats should make their way back inside. I highly recommend their services!

We had flying squirrels and bats in our attic, plus as an old home our original windows were letting bugs pour in. Ben was extremely helpful throughout and I couldn't recommend using these guys more. Our attic is animal free for life and now, after window and crack ceiling, we haven't had hardly a bug in the house! Worth every penny.

I could not be more grateful for Tad and all of his help. He was both friendly and knowledgeable when I called, in fact I learned more about bats in a phone call than I ever thought I’d know about them.

He came out to my property and within minutes found the exact spots bats were getting into my attic. Unfortunately the way my home was built, there are numerous areas that are tailor made for bats in the attic.

We had our bat exclusion work scheduled and completed shortly after and I can not describe how wonderful it is to lay down at night and know because of Triangle Wildlife Removal and their amazing work, I won’t have a bat flying around my bed.

Ben and his team were fantastic removing the squirrel(s) out of our fireplace! After a mix up from a previous visit, they went out of the way to make things right with the upmost professionalism and attention. Would absolutely recommend this company and will be using them in the future - Ben was OUTSTANDING to work with and has ensured our fireplace is protected from future pests.

I have used Triangle Wildlife Removal several times over 22 years. Past visits were for getting squirrels removed from the attic twice; a squirrel nest removed from a chimney, and baby copperheads and their nest found and removed. Today, Nick came to find and remove a dead animal that was hidden far up
In our crawl space and was smelling up our house to high Heaven! Turned out to be a very large old opossum!

Very satisfied with the service. I was desperately looking for someone who can remove the dead bird in the venting tunnel of a bathroom. I was lucky to have our professional coming soon and in time. His name is Nick. He warmly listened to me and eased my anxiety. He carefully checked the outside and inside in attic. Thank him so much he successfully removed the bird debris and the nest and even add the covers to other vents. His professionalism, knowledge and experience impressed all of us. I had Triangle Wildlife Removal come to remove some pesky squirrels that had made their home behind my gutter. After an initial consultation, we decided to have them set a trap for week, which they checked every day. The trap was initially set up with only one of the doors open (it was a two-door trap), so any squirrels on the outside could not come in and only squirrels on the inside trying to come out would get caught. During that time, they removed one squirrel. I am positive that there were multiple squirrels, but regardless, since the squirrel was trapped and the entry hole has now been fixed, we haven't had issues. I was very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Nick at TWR.

The only reason I am a little hesitant to give 5 stars is because of the cost. Let me be frank: it was more expensive than I was expecting. I paid $75 for the initial call and then $400 to set up the trap and monitor it for a week. Maybe I would have felt it was a better price had they caught more squirrels, but the issue has been fixed so I can't really complain about that. I will note that I did call three other local companies and their prices were very similar if not a little higher, so it might just be the industry standard at this point. I had a very similar job done back in 2018 and it cost me $150. I should also say here that they were not pushy in any way in terms of getting me to set up the trap. They told me the cost and let me make a decision without pressuring me.

Last, I will say that TWR was by far the most responsive company I called. They were able to come out the soonest (a few of the companies couldn't make it for 3+ weeks) and they were very pleasant to work with. I have no doubt that they would be the same for anyone who has an unwanted critter problem.

I called on Monday due to hearing birds in my bathroom fan vent. Nathan came on Wednesday morning. Removed the bird nest and debris, repaired some shredded fabric they did, installed new and better bird guards on both bathroom fan vents, checked and saw no indication of any attic bat activity. Checked crawl space for any critters.
Informed me regarding bats and what to look for in the future.
Exceptional work ethic, friendly, courteous, experienced, very pleased overall.

From booking the appointment to completion of work, I could not have been more impressed. John, arrived promptly, was very professional, courteous, and went to work immediately to solve my problem. I asked as he was here with a ladder, would he mind also switching out my flood lights ,which he was happy to do.
Their price was more than fair and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service.

I had a dead possum in my crawl space. I called Triangle Wildlife Removal on Friday morning. They came out in less than 2 hours. Another company said it would be no sooner than Wednesday. If you've ever had a dead animal in your crawl space you'll know that it is almost impossible to live with the smell, so Triangle Wildlife getting here so quickly was a huge plus!

Ethan showed up on time and quickly found where they had been getting in. He repaired the opening and removed the dead animal. Left a trap for any that might be still be inside (one was indeed there and was caught). Ethan was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking with him. Removing a dead animal can't be much fun, but he did the job with a very positive attitude.

I mentioned my experience to some friends of mine, and they told me they'd had a similar experience with Triangle Wildlife Removal several years ago with some bats in their attic. So apparently their punctuality and friendliness are just how they operate.

I would highly recommend them.
