Great company and employees. We had our yearly termite inspection yesterday and our tech was great. He took the time to answer some questions that we had and he was very thorough. The people in the office are also terrific. They will call me when my inspection is due, because I tend to forget, and they will even take my payment over the phone so it is done. I highly recommend Neuse.

Just transferred service from another provider that was not giving us the quality we expected. Neuse was fabulous on our initial visit and did a great job covering our entire house. And Neuse was a lot more affordable than my previous service with much better quality. So happy I made the switch.

Sabrina did an excellent job treating our newly constructed home this past week. She took time to explain the bug & insect issues related to this climate and her proposed scope of treatments. We've been using Neuse for 8+ years and it's been great. They call to set up our quarterly appointments and come out sooner if needed. Every agent has been professional and some have gone above and beyond to make sure all pests are gone. Highly recommend.

Update: Bill reached out and spoke with me after looking into the issue. There must have been a mix up with our ticket/receipt. He offered to refund us for the additional payment and another employee personally dropped off the refund check to our home. Thanks for your kindness, professionalism, and great customer service. We have used Neuse in Clayton as our sole pest control company to spray our home. Our last spray was on July 3 by a tech name John. I usually pay the tech with a debit card but on this particular visit my husband paid him in cash. Not the best idea of his.

About a month later in August I get a call saying we have a past due balance on our account. I was very confused because we always pay the tech before he leaves. The receptionist informed me that the copy of the receipt they had on file stated we would pay online. (I didn't even know that was an option). Of course its a month later so we don't have our copy of the receipt anymore to verify.

So my husband ended up having to go to Neuse & pay for the service a second time and we closed our account that day. Just a warning always pay with debit/credit so you have a paper trail.

We switched to Neuse after using another company and they are fantastic! Always super friendly, on time and professional. We had an issue from when the previous homeowners lived here and the termite bond was expired but Neuse still was gracious enough to help us out and we really appreciated the customer service they provided! Highly recommend!

Called on a Monday and had Tommy come out the following Wednesday at 7am. He was EXACTLY on time and very professional. He informed me that we had a pretty bad ant infestation (had two other companies scheduled and they ghosted us). Tommy was very informative and provided great detail in everything he was doing. He said we may need an additional treatment due to how bad the ants were, and to call back in two weeks if they weren’t gone and they would treat for free. Proud to say after one treatment all the ants were gone, and we couldn’t be happier! Everyone I spoke with was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be signing up for the yearly/quarterly plan. Top notch company with excellent employees and customer service. Use them immediately, do not hesitate! I’m disappointed we didn’t contact them first! Thank you Neuse Terminte and Pest Control!

Always great customer service and the tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Good service like this company is very hard to find these days. They are always on top of when my yearly inspection is due. I will stay with them as long as I can.

Several of my neighbors recommended Neuse Termite & Pest Control and I am so glad we listened. Requested services online and within the next couple of hours got a call to schedule our first service. Scheduled the service for the following week. So fast and efficient!!! Also loved how well the treatment worked on all the nasty bugs. Great value and outstanding service.

We have used Neuse Termite and Pest Control since we purchased our house in 2001 and they do a great job. The girls in the office always call and remind me when it ia time for my inspection and that is a plus since I know I would forget. I would definitely recommend this company.
