This place is TOP TIER! the salon is the absolute cutest, so clean and well decorated! The staff are so incredibly kind, and the prices are VERY reasonable compared to other salons in the location! My stylist was Nikki DeVito and I am so proud to say she gave me every ounce of my confidence back today. Her costumer service was incredible, she was so kind and funny to work with, and she made my hair look even better than my reference photos!!! Nikki was probably the most hair inclined person I've ever had do my hair, and I wasn't even a little disappointed in her work.
Nikki worked so fast on her feet which was great for me as I'm pregnant haha! she communicated extremely well and made sure I knew exactly the vision she had for my hair before we proceeded (which as someone who has gotten tons of bad haircuts/bleach jobs from other places I was THRILLED about!) The store owners were also so sweet, always looking over to compliment their workers, and creating such a warm environment for both myself and the stylist, which all in all SCREAMS good business to me. These women have earned my indefinite clientele, and I will forever be raving about this place to anyone who asks and compliments my hair! I truly can't wait for my next visit, and I'm so excited to see what else Nikki has in store for me!!!
if you're on the fence about this lace and trying to decide if you want to trust them with your hair, jump over that fence!!! I didn't see a single person leave this place with unwanted results!!!

First off the salon was extremely clean and all the staff were friendly. Due to the texture of my hair my appointment took longer than most, but all the stylists jumped in and helped make sure I was taken care of. The salon provided coffee and snacks during the whole process and let me tell you the sink where you get your hair washed was by far the most comfortable. My neck usually kills me when I lean my head back, but this one was different. Katie was my stylist and she did not disappoint. She blew my expectations away and her expertise really shined. My hair is extremely thick and coarse and it’s hard for me to find stylists that know how to handle all hair types. Katie right off the bat had a plan and went right in and gave me creative suggestions that I’m so happy I went along with. The outcome of my hair was better than what I originally came in with. Thanks again Katie I will definitely be back and I highly suggest not only Katie but this salon the next time you need a haircut or dye.

Sara did my hair and first off I had a horrible experience with another hairstylist three weeks ago. She fired my hair so bad. I contacted Kreative looks and Sara gave me excellent advice on what to do before my visit with her. Came in today and my hair is back to normal! She’s literally a Miracle worker. My roots were my main concern and she touched that up without using bleach to make my hair blend better! Definitely booked my follow up visit with her before I left. The environment of this salon is one and a million. The girls are all very inviting and just makes you feel at home!

My appointment with Nikki with amazing, she was extremely welcoming & truly listened to what I wanted. She gave me the haircut of my dreams and helped me find ways to bring life back into my hair with a gloss while also teaching me how to style it. I will absolutely be coming back to Kreative Looks!

Sarah Ross is terrific. I had been coming to her for Brazilian blowouts which are excellent! Today, Sarah did a stacked bob cut and I’m extremely happy with the result. I have total confidence in Sarah and she also cuts my 2 year old grandson’s hair. Sarah is great with him and works seamlessly. Highly recommend Sarah Ross and this salon.

I absolutely love this salon & it's awesome and talented staff... If you give them a try you will not be disappointed! Their fabulous receptionist Colleen set up an appointment for me with Nikki... This is a lovely hair salon! I’ve been here a couple times a few years ago. Once to get my hair fixed after I decided to try my hand at face framing… I forget the stylist name, but she was super kind and turned my DIY fail into a cute layered cut! They’re also excellent with color. Today I went and got a haircut by Melissa, and she was ✨phenomenal✨! She gave a good and thorough consultation, and was very patient with me when I kept asking her to take it up shorter. I am in LOVE with the cut!! Thank you Melissa!!!

I have never had a better salon experience In My Life!! Nichole DeVito is an absolute artist; my cut and color are spectacular! I legitimately left crying happy tears; I have never looked or felt better. Can NOT recommend enough!!

Sarah Ross is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She gave me the prettiest hidden rainbow, taught me how to care for it at home, and made the entire experience super fun.

I absolutely adore this salon. I always see Sarah R and she is magnificent! I spent a lot of years not getting my hair done regularly after moving to NC because I had only ever gone to one person for 20 years. My husband is a client of Shannon and would always tell me that he thought I’d really like the salon. Like is an understatement. Sarah is easy to chat with, constantly makes me laugh, and her skills are superb. She colored my hair just before my wedding and my hair color may have been my favorite part of my whole look that day (my dress was to die for, that’s just how good the color was)

If you want vivid colors, Sarah is your girl!

Such a welcoming place! I've had my hair dyed there for over a year now and it's such a calming and nice place and everyone is so polite. I've had my hair dyed, silver, orange, red and back to brown and it's always turned out beautifully and better than what I had initially envisioned. It's definitely a lovely place if you're thinking about getting your hair cut, dyed, etc.

I love the smaller and more comfortable atmosphere of Kreative Looks. So much better than the loud, busy salons I'm used to. My husband and I love Shannon. She takes her time to make sure she gets the look right. We've both been to her a few times now and she nails it every time!

I was excited to see what this salon was like after walking it by it to get to the gym! I went in for a strawberry blonde, being a natural dirty blonde I didn’t think it would be too difficult. First go round, my hair came out to an orange color, which looked great. It just wasn’t what I was going for. All the girls were hyping up the color change and I went ahead and decided to try it out. After deciding it wasn’t for me, they were quick to respond with setting me up for a second appointment to correct it (at no cost to me).
My stylist, Sarah, was super patient and polite during each appointment. She was really informative about what she was doing and answered all my curious questions.
She was able to change the color to tone down the warmness that was popping out. Leaving me pleased with my hair! I definitely loved the environment between the stylist, music, set up, and more.

If you’re open about how you feel for your hair and experience with them, they are more than willing to work with you. They definitely care about their clients and the company.
I will be coming back for any cut or touch ups I’ll need in the future.

I have been going to this salon for at least 2 years now and every single time I have gone, it has ALWAYS been wonderful. Tara has been my stylist each time and she is incredible to say the least. She is so kind and sweet with a lovely personality and is an amazing stylist. I am crazy about my hair and always want to change it but sometimes I have "unrealistic" wants that do not work right with how I wear my hair daily and she always tells me the truth and I appreciate the honesty. She will tell you when she thinks a color or cut will or will not look good on you because it depends on so many factors and she explains everything thoroughly.
Crystal at the front desk is also extremely personable and I can say without a doubt that she is great at her job because I used to be a receptionist as well and she does it phenomenally. I have never had work done with the other stylists since I only go to Tara but they always seem very nice to their clients as well.
They have adapted to COVID-19 superbly and take all necessary and appropriate measures to keeping everyone safe.
I am going to be moving about 40+ minutes away but you better believe that I will still go to Kreative Looks for all my hair needs because I will only trust Tara to work her magic! 100% highly recommend this salon and this team!

Shannen was fantastic. She was upfront and honest about what I wanted vs what would be best for me/my hair. My cut looks great, hair feels great and the color is perfect. Can't wait for the next steps to get my hair where I want to be once I'm out of the pool and sun.

First salon I've ever been to that gives you a price before they do anything, no more shock after you're done. I also thought it was nice that they offer complimentary consultations beforehand so you know what you're doing and how long it will take.

Loved the overall vibe there. They're big into inclusivity and love for all, just how you'd hope any business would be.
