Nick at Beddingfield Drugs saved the day for my family! We struggled finding Tamiflu in stock for my son. Beddingfield was the only nearby pharmacy that had one left. Nick went above and beyond to get my prescription transferred and filled within a couple of hours. The other pharmacy cut off the fax they sent and then wouldn't answer the phone for him, so he finally called my son's doctor's office to verify over the phone. I am truly grateful to him and his dedication. Truly great, personable customer service!

Beddingfield has been our pharmacy for about 6 months and we are very happy we made the switch. Having a local pharmacy with friendly contacts makes such a difference. Lindsay answered the phone today, it was easy to get through to speak to a real person. She was helpful, kind, and proficient.

Beddingfield Drugs is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The entire staff are kind, intelligent and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the customer is 100 percent satisfied and happy. Where else can you go to have a prescription filled in 10 or 15 minutes max while you wait? I have always tried to support small and locally owned businesses. The customer service they provide is above and beyond what one would expect. They are never too busy to offer assistance and answer any questions. This is a business where courtesy and sense are still common. To all of the employees' there I can not say thank you enough.

Amazing experiences always never have I had a bad experience. The pharmaceutical really cares and they will stay on the phone until you have obtained what ever it is you need help with. They deliver to your home always respectable and generally concerned about getting your meds out promptly. They have always gotten me the best deal when paying in cash and they don't try and run no crazy prices on my insurance either. I first started with this pharmaceutical when they were on main street in Clayton. I have referred my family and friends to this pharmacy mostly due to their knowledge and the respect they give to me and everyone I have seen them deal with Beddingfield pharmacy is A 1 ... they will always be a part of my life because they care. They deliver and do not charge us. How awesome is that and they were delivering before the Covid virus. Old town pride and respect.

The staff is always professional, friendly and willing to take time to help. In times like these when pharmaceutical cost are out of control, the knowledge and experience of the staff at Beddingfield really make a difference. Their recommendations can lower your out of pocket cost and help you to be better informed when you talk to your MD. Beddingfield actually cares about the customer and what is best for them.

I am incredibly happy to find a "home town" pharmacy in Clayton. These folks treat you like family. I highly recommend you get all your prescriptions here. They even have DELIVERY!! Everyone should switch to Beddingfield! You will be happy you did!

My family of 3 received our COVID vaccines at this location. It was easy to make an appointment and pick a time that worked for all of us. We showed up a few minutes early, quick paper work to get checked in, got shot. It took about 10 minutes for all 3 of us. The entire staff, from the person on the phone who set the appointment, to the gentleman handling paperwork, to the lady giving the shots, were top notch professional and friendly.

I am still in a little bit of shock at the politeness of this company, location. and staff! I honestly had become used to rudeness, wait times of up to an hour that I was taken back by the professionalism, politeness, manners of the staff. Oh! Did I mention that in the last 3 days of calling them my wait time was never over 5 mins! They are well stocked, had everything I required and was done effeciently, fast. This experience reminded me again why I love small business. I have officially switched to this pharmacy. If you need any of the above in your life then I suggest you do the same! I give them 5 out of 5!

I have been dealing with Beddingfield for almost ten years. Very professional, friendly and good delivery service. If I have a complaint it would have to do with their automated phone answering service, which could be much better. Recently I have had prescription refill problems,which management is still trying to heal. I have confidence that they will heal this minor problem...

In one hour they got my prescription ready and did everything for me, when my previous pharmacy told me maybe we can get it in 3 weeks. 🙌

Had my first COVID vaccine here. I had never been before this visit and I have to say hands down, the nicest people in a pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. I plan on moving all my prescriptions over and using them from now on.

Love supporting local business. Beddingfield is a 5 minute drive, they have a drive thru (blessing with kids 😂), and their customer service is excellent!! Would recommend to anyone!

Beddingfield has the best customer service! The prices are amazing when you dont have insurance & they run my scripts through their discount which is cheaper than my insurance!
