VetIQ Petcare

I began going to the VetIQ clinic in Clayton, NC when I rescued my dog early in the pandemic. I have always been thrilled with the staff, the communication with them and the overall treatment they provide my baby. I will continue to drive past multiple other vet offices much closer to home just to go to this clinic. I also find their wellness plan makes it easier for me to tackle all of his needs as well.

This place is great! I am able to see them for a majority of my pet care needs and they are super helpful anytime I need something!! They communicate well and Dr. Palkowetz has been amazing helping my dog get on the right track again!

Took my 8 week old Lab, Luna, to her first visit here for shots. The Clayton location was awesome! Courteous, happy and very knowledgeable. I actually look forward to take her back for her visits.

The vet assistant and check in person was very pleasant and made me and my dog feel calm. The vet Dr Palkowetz was super nice and welcomed any questions and gave good advice.

Wonderful care from the staff, absolutely love this vets. They really seemed to love my Ozzy and Max. A stressless experience for owners and fur babies. Excellent prices!! Thank you!

Had a great experience walking into this clinic! The staff member at the front desk was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. The Dr. and tech were super nice and seemed very experienced. I I highly recommend them!

My husband and I brought 8, 8-week old pups here today to receive their first round of shots before they leave to go to their forever homes. Jason was awesome, although it was very busy he handled every customer with a smile on his face and was very personable. The vet and vet tech were both so friendly and gentle with the pups. They were very efficient and the process was super smooth. Highly recommend!

I am a first time puppy owner and unfortunately, she was really sick the night I got her and tested positive for worms the next day I brought her here. The entire staff on duty were super friendly and were very helpful to someone who knows absolutely nothing about dogs! 24hrs later and she's just as happy as ever and on her road to recovery! My Diva will definitely be a regular here from now on!

I was a walk-in on a Saturday and still got seen within 45 minutes,the Doc was quick, thorough,and helpful in curing my dog's wet ear problem. I will not hesitate to bring her back for anything else she needs. Friendly staff,easy in and out, nowhere near the cost of normal. Awesome job!

Lucky to have a trustworthy team, we go for regular shots and when she’s sick for ear infections. My dog loves all the team and does great!!

It was time to get my three beloved kitties to the vet for shots, check ups and mani pedis. I took my little black cat in by herself and this way if I wasn't happy, I would take the other two to another vet. Well, after Dr. P took excellent care of my kitty, I was so glad I chose VetIQ. Dr. P took care of my other two kitties today and they also received the same excellent level of care as my little black cat. The office is immaculate and no pet scents. One of my kitties got sick on the way and the office assistant cleaned the carrier pad. I can't say enough good things about VetIQ, Clayton, NC. Needless to say, Dr. P is my kitties' vet.

I had the best team to work with today! The vet and staff were amazing with miss gamora and helped her stay calm and happy during her visit! Thank yall so much!

I thought I was going to have a problem with my dog getting her shots but they were so gentle with her and she was great no problems

Have been taking my dog here from he was nine months. Never had any problems. They always send me reminders which is great. Wonderful staffs.

Went in with a stray dog. Was seen o on a walk in basis pretty quickly.
Vet was kind and professional. Referred to urgent care.

Highly recommend! They got my pup King back right after an allergic reaction and im forever Greatful!

We drove 45 minutes to this location because the location we normally we go to was closed. It was well worth the drive. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Brought two strays in this weekend without appointment. The Vet and technicians were great with these two scared dogs. Efficient and friendly service. I highly recommend VetIQ and appreciate them very much!
