Absolutely loved working with this company. Britni Baker was so great to work with, brainstorming ideas, and showing me examples. She was fast to respond to all my questions and even quicker to get me on the schedule! The guys came on time, they were quick, efficient, cleaned up, you couldn’t even tell I had work done in my house. The back splash came out beautifully. I could be more pleased.

remodeling a home can be a very overwhelming experience but the staff at special effects made sure to make me feel comfortable and took the time to really help me with my selections! they are very knowledgeable and helpful in all areas. the tile work that they do is INCREDIBLE & the installers are hard working and very professional. we went in thinking we wanted an LVP product, the staff told us all the pros and cons and by the end of the appointment we had chosen a beautiful waterproof laminate flooring that my husband and i are in love with. We live in this home so we have all of our furniture in the house already and when the installers came out to install our new flooring they were respectful of our belongings and very careful with moving the furniture. We are soo very pleased with our updates we did with special effects - we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone !!!

Our contractor referred us to Special Effects to upgrade the worn out/original contractor grade carpeting in our home. With Brittany's help we selected the carpet. Initially we were told a 2day installation. Ron & his crew knocked out the install in one day - upstairs and down. Nowadays it is extremely difficult to find good, professional tradesmen that take pride in their craft. It was a pleasure to work with Brittany as well as Ron's crew. The only reason there is a 5 star grade is that there was not any more stars. We'd recommend Special Effects to anyone. Thank you.

Great Experience. Contracted a painting company to paint my home. They did some pretty severe damage to my floors. To make matters worse they were very rude and dishonest about the incident. Called Special Effects to have them repair their damge. Lexi was super polite and communicative. She had her team out here in no time. The crew was professional and did an awesome job. Floors literally look brand new. To top it off, despite my worst fears, the price was extremely reasonable. By just doing their job like its meant to be done they turned a miserable situation around for me and I couldn't be happier. Thanks team!

I worked with the team at Special Effects Flooring to solve a flooring issue at one of the properties we manage. What we thought was a terrible scratch affecting three flooring planks in the living room turned out to just be paint. Their technician took care of it for us on the spot! It looks good as new. We are thrilled with their great performance and customer service.

I have used Special Effects for several projects including carpet, vinyl and hard wood floors. All went smoothly and they worked around my schedule. All employees are very polite and professional, they cleaned up after they left, and the whole experience was top notch. I definitely recommend them for any flooring or design needs!

We had the most amazing experience with Special Effects. From the very first time I walked into the store they were welcoming and helpful. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The crew who came and did our floors went above and beyond. Literally could not say one thing negative about this experience. Everything was amazing!!! I worked with Crystal for the flooring of our new 3300sq ft home. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Liz and company were wonderful to work with on the home we are having built. Our builder works with Special Effects for flooring, etc... Liz helped us select the best options (and stay within budget) for our new home, making a difficult process amazingly simple with her expert suggestions. I cannot recommend her enough! I will follow up later this year with a review of the products (hardwood, etc...), but if the ease of working with Liz is any indication, the quality of the flooring will be as gratifying as the selection!
