Todd was very polite and helpful. The credit card reader wasn't working so I got a free car wash for reviewing them. I have been to this car wash several times and the staff has always been helpful and courteous.

Had a great experience today with Zips and Todd! It started with the person in front of me having trouble as it appeared it may have been a first time client. Todd was there with a smiling face helping the person out. As I entered to pay, Todd was so helpful and personable. Car wash was terrific as always. My car looks great. The first thing I’ll have to say about zips is how Friendly the staff are. The ability to wash the car yourself or to go through the car wash or two great options. And for only $10 a month you can have unlimited washes that is the best deal in my opinion. You also receive free vacuuming after a wash, which is really convenient, since you don’t have to pay for it and it’s unlimited. They also supply a cart at the vacuuming with some cleaning supply and towels so if you wanted to detail your car, some more at least offer those products for free which is awesome.

they always have courteous people who work for them which is so tough to do in a denied labor market so bravo on your good hiring, good prices and strong service!!!
