Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

First time here and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and upfront about the price (a little more expensive than a Goodyear but I get paying for convenience). Zakiah completed my oil change and was thorough as well as having great customer service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Will definitely use them again.

We had our service performed promptly when we arrived by Jorden at #1341 in Conyers, GA. He was very kind, attentive, and patient while answering and explaining all the questions we had. He never got aggravated, or annoyed like a lot of people do at places when a female ask automotive questions. I highly recommend coming here for a quick oil change or if you need to find out what's wrong with something on your car.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. My oil technician, Ty wasn’t overbearing but very informative on what my car needed. He took the necessary steps to make my car was good shape to drive. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to family and friends!

It's my 4th visit here with 4 different vehicles. Each had AC issues. They have always had great quick and HONEST service. Having been in the AC business before, I know what can be blamed and charged. They only make the repairs and needed. Places like this need to be recognized. Oh, and my mechanic today was DJ. Kudos to him.

Ty took good care of me while I was here.. Oil change was quick and easy.. Got my car running like new… I normally take my car to ford but today they told me it would take 4 hours.. smh. Pulled up here and was gone in less than 10 minutes. They definitely gained a customer.

Experience was great. I had a handsome young man by the name of Jordan greet me as soon as i pulled onto the lot, he was very kind and patient with me and gave me quick and fast service. He told me everything i needed about my car and gBe me recommendations based on his mechanical experience. Will be back next time and will be looking for Jordanespecially.

After Valvoline told me they basically didn't know how to change the oil of my 2020 Ford Bronco making it seem like ot was nearly impossible, I came down to Express Oil Change and the Assistant Manager Iyan, informed me that it's not rocket science to do and literally changed it in 10mins. Fast, freindly and KNOWLEDGEABLE techs.

I had an appointment at another car center and the staff didn't show. So I saw Express Oil Change. I met Clinton and he took care of my SUV right away. They are a little high but they have fast and outstanding service!!

Kiah was very nice and handle her job very professionally! She made sure all my fluids were full and made sure I didn’t need anything else, even gave me a great quote on tires thanks kiah I appreciate the service and will be back again !

Melek was very polite and informative to what he was serving my car for, I was a little uneasy upon arrival but my experience was very satisfying. My new oil change spot. Services was done top notch.
