I placed an online order for curbside pickup, I managed to snag an excellent deal on some Shokz headphones. Waited about 5 minutes in my car. The process is simple and effective.

Allan was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to listen to my preferences and requirements, and then used his expertise to narrow down the options until we found the perfect match. I was so impressed by Allan's dedication to customer service and his willingness to go the extra mile. I love Best Buy. I shopped at Best Buy for years when I lived in Santa Clarita, CA.
My first visit to Best Buy since I moved to DeKalb County in GA was great. The salesperson spent a lot of time with me; she installed a screen protector on my phone and helped me decide on and order a case for the phone.
I also recently purchased a large Samsung TV for my bedroom and the two guys from the Geek Squad did a great job mounting it.
The GE microwave in the photo was also recently purchased from Best Buy and I purchased the Oster toaster oven (also in the photo) many years ago at my Best Buy in California and it is still in great working order!

I did a buy and pickup. Bought a pair of headphones at night. They were ready for pickup before the store opened. Which was great because I was heading to the airport that day. Picking up my purchase was a breeze. Only took me 5 minutes and the sevice people were very friendly. I will buy things again from this location. 😃

Had a need for a good speaker. Best Buy had the best. Had some questions. Best Buy employees answered each and everyone of my questions promptly and professionally. Can't asked for more.

SHAY in the computers was FREAKING AWESOME! She helped me with setting up my Financed order & pick each thing so that I was completely satisfied! I got a desktop & laptop & a bunch of accessories! The clerk processed my return very quickly. His attire was neat. The gentleman displayed proper respect for me. I bought my 1st earbuds, and I love them. Earbuds are wonderful. My hair style looks perfect. The old-fashioned headpiece was too messy.

Bought a new TV from a very cute salesman named Malik.

The store was clean and fresh! Greeted upon entering can complain. Window shopping for home appliances and my camera for my growing YouTube. Best Buy made that interaction perfect

I came in for a phone and they were really busy. I got first rate service from Suman who was helping another lady at the same time. He went over and above to make sure we both got activated and data transfer and put on our screen protectors before they closed! Thank you

A wide selection of electronics. Some prices could be more competive. However, I was able to oder from Samsung online and pickup here. It was a seemless and smooth transaction.

Jeremy (install tech) provided me with top shelf service. It was a pleasure. I'm Glad Best Buy continues to provide great service even though they are the last of big box electronics stores around. Normally customer service plummets when this happens . Keep up the great work.
