Trifecta is amazing. We like high quality furniture, with fresh styles that match our modern farmhouse vibe, and at the same time need a good value. When you walk in, you quickly see - they ‘get’ us. The prices are right. Period. The styles are what you see in catalogs from Frontgate, Pottery Barn, and Arhaus - but at reasonable prices! In addition to the key furniture pieces like tables and chairs, they have a really good eye for the pillows and lamps and all the accessories you need to make it all work together. The owner, JJ, meets you at the front door with a genuine smile (servant leadership) and the whole team is quite talented and actually cares and helps you pick out things that will work well together. They all seem to love what they are doing that day and it translates to a very enjoyable experience for us (and our young teenage daughters get a kick out of it too, picking throw pillows they like). We’ve purchased from them multiple times and are pleased with the experience and with how the furniture is holding up 2 years later. The customer service after the sale is great too - from shrink wrapping the furniture and helping get it into our cars (the dock guys in the back are super nice as well, and fast!), to ordering stuff that was not available, this is a very talented team all around. This is how a business should be run. I am greatly appreciative for the Trifecta team and am looking forward to supporting them though more purchases in the future.

What a great first impression Trifecta has left us with after our move to Georgia. I left a question on their website and would have been fine with a response a few days later. The owner responded within 30 minutes. By the end of our communication I had secured the piece of furniture we wanted, and they provided flexibility on the pickup date since we were still waiting to move into our new home. We look forward to getting our keys, and coming back for more items. Excellent customer experience!
