AT&T Store

The best service we ever experienced in an AT&T store!! Jamie is super-friendly, knowledgeable, helpful - and we are not the only ones raving about the service. I got a new iPhone, she helped to set it up, put the screen saver on for me and recommended a case. I am very, very satisfied. Any time I have a question and I popped into the store, she had an answer. Thank you and please stay in this store!!!

I normally do not leave reviews....but...Jamie is a 5 star customer service rep and I needed to put it out there for us to see!!!

The professional and knowledgeable staff is always there to help! I came in with several questions and they all got answered and resolved.

I just walked in on a Sunday 9/24 at 1:00pm, frustrated because my iPhone 14 Pro max was locked in voice over and I could not even get in with my passcode to shut it off. I had just spent 35 min on the phone w/Apple support with NO luck! Jessica performed a 10 gold-star miracle. It is unlocked, voice over is OFF [forever], and I don't have to be without a phone for 2+ days or keep my Genius Bar appt. THANK YOU so very much Jessica. You rock!!

Colton was the sales rep. He did a great job while working with multiple customers at one time to help us all!

Great service! Alix (new manager) and Tyler (tech) are highly competent and very personable and professional. They went above and beyond solving /correcting issues we had encountered with another AT&T supplier. We walked out extremely satisfied customers and will certainly make this our go-to store. We would rate them a 5 plus

I went in today to get my boys new phones and the manager Alex was so helpful and very funny. She made the process smooth and very easy. We were out in under 30 minutes. She was awesome!!

Went to upgrade my wife’s phone and the staff was great! Really helpful, knowledgeable and we even switched our home internet from Xfinity. They explained the process and the difference and didn’t try to pressure us into switching. Great experience at this store!
