The UPS Store

This is one of the busiest UPS stores I have ever gone to. That being said it is a pleasure every time I go, I am always greeted with a smile. They are very efficient at getting through the line and always provide an excellent service. Although UPS is more expensive than the post office it's almost always worth it.

Pretty quick, efficient, friendly and so far no problems with my items getting to their destination. They seem to try very hard to make it so the line goes by as quick as they can without making customers feel rushed.

I had the best experience at this location today… the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helped me to get my Christmas packages sent off with all the options to help save money. He even offered a military discount as well. The customer service was spot on after a stressful day of Christmas errands. Thank you!

I recently had copies made, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The service was prompt, professional, and the final product exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use this service again in the future and recommend it to others. Big help from Ethan as he made sure i had everything I needed printed and double-checked his work. I have never been more appreciative of such a hard worker, you can always trust this store with important documents.

I went to ups the other day and it was great!! Very efficient, I was in and out very quickly. I would also like to give a big shoutout to Ethan, he was quick to help and overall great!!

All the staff have great customer service and are super informative with shipping and returns.

Ethan and Hunter are absolutely amazing!!! They are always smiling and helpful, especially with my Amazon returns. Although I am not great with technology, they always figure out what I need to do. Instead of a chore, it is a joy to stop by before or after work to get my returns done quickly and flawlessly. Thank you!!!

Stopped by Monday, it was a truly one stop shop. They helped me notarize and fax some legal documents, along with shipping a package. They gave us great customer service while we were there. Fantastic service!

Ethan went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for a very important meeting in a rush, and was very professional.

I hate to see all of these bad reviews. I've been using this UPS for 3 years now for my business packages. Yes, they are priced a bit higher than the USPS, but I'll gladly pay those prices for the fantastic service I get here. The USPS is just straight trash. They lose packages and could care less about helping you. Not worth the few dollars in savings. In 3 years I've NEVER had one missing package and only one damaged item. And the owner of this UPS personally paid me the insurance money when UPS corporate wouldn't help me. This store has my business as long as it's run by the same owner currently and the same fantastic employees. Thank you Murabella UPS for all that you do for me!!

Location is fantastic, and the staff is absolutely first rate. Never anything but one thousand percent helpful and accommodating. They are a demonstration of GREAT customer service.

This guy Jason helped me like a tech IT guy. I was hesitant to bring my stuff in to send. All messed up. He sorted it out and was extremely helpful. I think they are under new ownership. Great service!!!

It’s a busy store no doubt simply because it’s an overpopulated area but they are always fully staffed, friendly, helpful & as quick as they can be (especially during the busy season). I’ve even overheard an employee say he would stay & help with the line out the door instead of clocking out.

the manager Ethan longo has always made sure my packages that I ship out from UPS and get to their destination safely and on time he is a wonderful employee UPS is honestly the best logistics company I've ever dealt with I cannot wait to work with them further they make my business and personal shipping very easy and very stress-free its more than a company it's almost like a family when I go to UPS by the publix

Customer service is key! The staff at this UPS are incredibly friendly. With all of the customers they service its surprising that they remember my name. One conversation with my 3 y.o. left such an impact that any time we're in the vicinity he wants to visit "the box lady"! Thanks for consistent professional service!

In the past two weeks I’ve had to get two print jobs completed to facilitate study for a certification exam. This store has been completely awesome—professional, timely, and courteous. Will definitely be back for similar needs and will recommend to others!!!
