Had to go into the store today after finding my truck dead in the driveway. Played around and figured it was probably a battery. Feeling pretty crummy, I went to the AutoZone and ran into shanell. Did a great job. Found me a battery to my liking for a good price took out my old battery and put my new one in. Very nice job. Keep up the good work. I'll be back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and the sales person was very knowledgeable and direct me exactly where to find my part that I was looking for. His name was Chris!

Brought my vehicle up to AutoZone because it was having some trouble firing up this morning, Jaedan tested it and determined it was a bad battery. Jaedan offered several choices on batteries and we settled on one and I was back on the road in about three minutes.

We had Thomas to find us a part in the back and to purchase a steering wheel cover, I ended up getting two steering wheel covers for under $10. Very happy. Great costumer service.

The store was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and well informed. I had just a short wait both inside the store and having my new battery installed. I was provided Perfect Customer Service by both of the employees that helped me. 5 stars well earned.

Hello, just wanna share my experience. I’m a new driver so don’t know a lot about cars, i needed my oil refill and Bob S. is the person who helped me, if you need help he will always help.

I have a high mileage vehicle and I bought some gas treatment. Sales associate recommended treatment for my oil. Suggested that I wait until I change my oil the next time since I just changed my oil. Good customer service.

Professional friendly staff. Very helpful.

I went in to get a battery for my truck. The gent behind the counter helped me find the right fit and took it out to the truck for. What I wasn’t expecting was him to remove and install it without asking. I definitely could have done it myself, and this is probably their SOP, but I was pretty surprised and impressed at the customer service.

The manager and assistant, were so friendly and helpful. Got the battery I needed replace and installed, windshield wipers, and cleaning products. I really appreciate them, it was a lunch hour success. Thanks again guys!
