We recently bought our home and are very happy with our purchase and buying experience. Buying a home can be very stressful but using a good realtor can make it much less so. We used Paul Clark as our realtor and couldn't be happier. Paul was easy to contact with any questions we had and very knowledgeable. If Paul didn't know the answer, he was quick to research or use one of his many contacts to find the answer for us. Paul went above and beyond for us. It made us feel confident in our purchase. We would use him again in the future and recommend him to anyone who wants an enjoyable home buying or selling experience.

Paul is an amazing Realtor. He was the listing agent when I bought my house in 2012 and then I used him to sell the same house this year (June 2020). I have used many Realtors through the years and Paul is the best. He has a great and flexible personality that allows him to work with a lot of different personality types (important for sealing the deal). Most importantly, he was thoroughly dedicated to getting my house sold.

Paul has a construction background, as a Licensed General Contractor, and was able to recommend minor cosmetic improvements to my home and find contractors able to make the needed work in a very cost-effective manner. This made a big difference in finding a buyer and getting top dollar for my home. Most importantly, I believe these improvements helped sell the house quickly in a very difficult market (my house was listed shortly before the COVID-19 lockdowns started).

Not only did Paul arrange for the work, he oversaw the work as it progressed to make sure it was done correctly, and he did some work himself (I have only seen one other Realtor do this).

Paul’s market analysis was spot-on and I sold the house for just a little less than the asking price. Paul kept me apprised of everything along the way and solicited my input when needed. I believe that due to Paul’s consistent oversight of the process, everything went very smoothly and any issues that did come up were addressed immediately so they never slowed down the process.

Overall, I highly recommend Paul to anyone that is selling (or buying) a house.

Paul and Carol Clark are very special real estate agents. They go out of their way to be helpful and there isn’t anything they wouldn’t do to be of assistance.
