Love this place!!! Great selection and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt a bit overwhelmed when I first came in with so many choices. The ladies working there gave me the whole tour and made me feel comfortable asking questions.Ended up getting few thing and now I know exactly what I am coming back for next time 😀

WOW!!! This store is absolutely past my wildest dreams! I am a dancer in Maine and they have the best and widest selection of outfits! It was far past my expectations, definitely a must go! I will be back and tell all my friends!

Hands down best experience at really any retail store not just adult store.
One of the store associates, Zeena, was so beyond helpful. She walked me through every inch of that store and gave me so much knowledge on the products. I had questions that I thought would be uncommon, but she was very well skilled in informing me everything. I never felt judged on anything, I knew she was there but also gave me the space to look around on my own accord.
I plan on getting all of my things there whether it’s adult needs or just cute clothes/suits.

I love Giggles!! They have the best selection of club clothes in town. Great shoes, lingerie, panty hose, wigs. Basically everything you could think of to put together a fierce outfit or sexy costume. I love their fragrances and personal care items as well and the customer service is on point! The staff there has always taken the time to listen, answer questions, and make recommendations.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by Zeena, who turned out to be an absolute gem! Zeena's extensive knowledge and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. She patiently and expertly answered all my questions, guiding my partner and me to find the perfect gift and some exciting new toys we didn't even know we needed!

I purchased a beautiful red corset from Giggles for Halloween. The straps were a little long and the owner, Cathy, immediately took it out back and made the alterations! The place was packed and she still made me a priority. I love this place! Great selection of merchandise and AMAZING customer service. The staff is the BEST! Thank you!

My girlfriend and I went in looking for a certain type of toy, so we asked one of the employees and she guided us right to what we wanted. There was a lot of inventory, the prices were more impressive than other stores nearby, and the staff was very helpful. They informed us of the warranty of the toy we bought and gave us suggestions for other items we could use with it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for adult novelties!

I won’t shop anywhere but Giggles! They are attentive, knowledgeable and they offer INCREDIBLE 5-star customer service. If you have any questions their staff is ready to assist no matter what! Their sizes are inclusive and they have a whole section dedicated to plus size girls like myself that is just as expansive as their regular sizes. I also love their casual and athletic clothes they offer! Giggles has something for everyone and an extremely knowledgeable and professional staff ready to assist you!

I absolutely love this place! The women are so educated and are able to answer any questions. They make you feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend small business forever over corporate. Not to mention they have some of the best "gag" gifts around for bachelor/Bachelorette parties.

I walked in, i was greeted with a warm welcome. I stated what I was looking for, a very nice lady with a soft friendly voice took me right to what I needed. Quickly and friendly fitted me with my item. Even offered to alter it while I shopped!!

We have been shoppers at Giggles for over 20+ years. They have what you want and anything that you didn't know you needed. Raunchy cards, games, bachelor/bachelorette supplies, oils/lotions, toys,toys and more toys. They have a massive assortment of lingerie, dresses, tops, skirts, bikinis, dancewear, and costumes. All fitting from the petite to the full figured woman. They even have a section of clothes for men as well. I almost forgot they got a wide array of wigs and shoes too! While the store has everything the staff is what makes this store. They know the store and will find your every desire on their shelves. Go stop by and enter with a dream but leave with a reality.

I cannot more highly recommend Giggles! The staff is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. With a wide selection. I have also, as a trans woman, found the store and the staff to be quite trans friendly.
