A couple of Chilean friends who live in Sarasota introduced my wife and I to Lori Cashi as a realtor to support us in the search for our new house to buy in Sarasota. From the first moment, with great friendliness, cordiality and patience, Lori showed us houses within the specifications and price ranges that we could pay.
She always had the best disposition of time and spirit to accompany us on our visits. We saw many houses and the best thing about Lori is that she always gave us a good positive or negative recommendation of the houses we visited and the most important thing was never with the intention of pushing us to a quick decision, aware that it is one of the important decisions in life.
We were the ones who decided to make an offer on the first house with a pool we saw and with their advice we made a significantly lower offer because the original roof had to be replaced. Everything flowed quickly with great efficiency and professionalism on the part of the entire Cashi team, including her sister Tami who contributed with her wealth of experience. The issue is that we regretted it after making the offer because many things had to be done to this house and we wanted one to arrive and settle in.
Again, she and her team supported us with their recommendations so we could get out of that offer without costs. We thought it would be difficult for her to continue supporting us the same, but we discussed our tastes and possibilities and she continued supporting us with the same energy and dedication until we found the house of our dreams.
That part of the process was incredible because thanks to their efforts we still managed to get a $20,000 reduction in the sale price and the resolution of all the problems in the inspection report. Here the Cashi team appeared in all its splendor with Patty as great logistical support. A fairly demanding timeline was set to process our mortgage and we had to start with all the procedures, deposits and signatures that are stressful, but not when you have Lori, Tami and their team behind you.
Perhaps the only difficulty that there was in the process was the management of the home insurance policy because we insisted that the original roof again was going to impact its cost, but they told us no because the inspection report had not raised any issues. In the end we had an impact on the price of the policy, but the insurance agent took responsibility for the initial error.
Finally, the closing date arrived and we were very nervous to review the previous documentation, but again our angels, Lori, Tammi and Patty, took care of all the details so that everything flowed perfectly. Lori even arrived to the closing with a very symbolic gift: a table with the coordinates of our new house.
Truly, a deep and sincere thank you to Lori, Tammy and Patty for all their support in purchasing our new home in Sarasota. We are very happy and have received a wonderful post-purchase service with all the data needed for the utilities and some other very useful information. Thank you very much from the bottom of our heart!!!
