Sanibel Surf Shop

Nice store - lots of beach stuff, clothes, and souvenirs. This would be a good place to get sandcastle making stuff, like sets of shovels and buckets were a good deal here! There were some sales on sandals and decent prices on some souvenirs. Located in a nice little mall.

I recently visited the Surf Shop yesterday (4/22/23) with my family. My girlfriend and I are out here visiting my parents. It was my girlfriends first time out of the Windy City.

Upon entering the store, Mary greeted us with a genuine smile and interest in our shopping experience. It was nice to feel welcome. You don't get that a lot nowadays. She answered questions and I could see she was doing this with every customer she encountered.

During our shopping experience we also encountered Ana. Ana said she loved the shirt I had picked out. She as well, was very genuine and helpful and fun to talk to. While we were having conversation at checkout, a customer came in line behind us and Mary made sure to check them out so then we didn't feel rushed to end our conversation and leave. I hope to see them both when we visit again.

I hope to see these two the next time we visit and go to the shop. This Surf Shop is definitely lucky to have employees like these. Thank you Mary and Ana for a wonderful shopping experience!!

We came in here looking for fix a flat for my flat tire but they didn't have any. I have an air compressor in my car but the battery was dead so I couldn't use it because I didn't have an extention cord to charge it with. The sweet clerk gave me their personal use extention cord from behind the counter and refused the money I tried to give her for it. Such a God send. I will definitely be shopping here in the future. Good people.

This store is open post Ian. The staff are so nice abd helpful. They had lots of ornaments and a good selection of toys. I took my kids to do their Christmas shopping for their cousins. The staff was so kind and helpful.

We visited Sanibel Surf Shop August 13th and were so happy to see them open and were welcomed with great enthusiasm!! Missy and Bart could not have been any more helpful and so professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their product. Further conversation with them was quite heartwarming and we will always return to the surf shop if only to have the opportunity to catch up with Missy and Bart. This was our first visit back to Sanibel since the devastating hit by Ian last year. We have been so concerned but the resultant time in your store returned a portion of peace regarding the future of Sanibel overall. Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again, soon!

We got a ton of souvenirs here!! They have a great selection of everything. They were cheaper of the three upper stores, even before the sales prices. The lady was very friendly. We were happy to come visit and support the rebuilding of sanibel island.

Stopped in the Surf Shop in June to purchase a key chain as souvenir of our visit to Sanibel. They had a great selection! So many beach related items and really fun shop.

I have been to this store many times picking up stuff for the beach. If you are looking for anything beach related ... they have everything with huge selections. Their prices are fair (this is an expensive island with expensive overhead). The place across the street is outrageously overpriced. The help are knowledgeable and friendly.

In addition to beach stuff they have a huge assortment of gifts and children's' items too (everything from books, silly games, novelty items, etc.).

I just want to make sure everyone knows that the store manager, Sonya Davis, is the very, very best! In returning an item, she couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks for being you! We'll definitely be back to the Sanibel Surf Shop

Very friendly people, Very big selection in their store.

Right in the beginning of our vacation, my beach sandals fall apart. I wear size 15 shoes so I didn't expect much if any of selection. The fine people there brought at least half a dozen pairs to try all in my size and price ranges. Every time we go to Sanibel, we end up there for something, and again, they sure got it right! Such a friendly, helpful staff.

This is a great place to drop in to get your vacation souvenirs. They have a good variety of products and are cheaper than most other shops on the island. We make this a stop every time we visit.

Caps $12.99 and under are BOGO. Sanibel on the caps. We got several t- shirts and souvenirs. Very nice people.

Great place to shop!! Free parking and a variety of stores. You can buy just about anything you need for your beach vacation!!!!

Hip place, fits nicely into its surroundings. Quality equipment, relaxing atmosphere, Captiva is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit, love the local fish, pompano being a far favorite

So many local type puzzle! They are framed in my spare bedroom now.
