Alexis, was so helpful. I appreciated your assistance in changes my car policy from progressive to State Farm. Same coverage but cheaper pricing to fit my budget better. I appreciated her response times as well. She answered and explained FL car insurance so it’s easier to understand. She is amazing. Even if you’re just curious how your numbers would look call her. She’s actually honest. Highly recommend Alexis.

Alexis was the most courteous and knowledgeable agent I spoke to that day after calling a dozen insurance companies. She could have asked me to call back but in fact, she stayed with me after hours to complete the purchase of my policy. Alexis found the best rates - I'm now a happy customer. I had a wonderful experience switching our former insurance to the David Underwood State Farm agency. The entire staff was pleasant and very knowledgeable. They quickly completed a quote for full coverage on our house, two cars, golf cart, and umbrella policy.

I am a big believer in reviews, so when I saw 5.0 with 41 reviews, that is impressive. Giving them a call actually exceeded my expectations, which in itself is a major victory for their customer service. They really care about you as an individual, making recommendations to save you money, with staff that really knows their business. Yeah, you will read the same thing in the other reviews, but when you need help, you need insurance agent that has your best interest at heart. I am convinced that for value and Customer Service, this is where I will place my money. Well done team, you really have earned your 5 star rating. FYI, I worked with Kim. You won’t go wrong if you work with her. Sorry, I don’t have a last name, but she rocks with years of experience that is easy for anyone to see.

Just recently I needed insurance foy my home and auto. I contacted the State Farm agent near me and set up an appointment.
Alexis Payer and Sonya Jones were there and I was amazed at how fast they put together a quote that saved me a lot of money. They were both professional and very knowledgable in getting the right insurance for me. The process was very smooth and I can't thank them enough. It was such a pleasure working with them.
